This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is spacious and gorgeous! Large kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. Laundry room in the condo for your use. The patio steps out to pool and gardens. With only 4 units in our complex on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy your own piece of paradise. Just steps from the pristine Boggy Sand Beach. Walk to area restaurants, grocery, liquor store and bus stop.

The pool and garden area is perfect to meet some other vacationers or just relax by yourself. There's a grill also for grilling up some fine dinner.

Historic Boggy Sand Road is a tranquil private road with authentic Cayman charm. A great mix of Mansions and Beach cottages. You won't find another spot on Cayman quite like it.

Just outside the resort area. Quiet and serene, but still close enough to all SMB has to offer. Just 100 feet from the nicest area of Seven Mile Beach & 3 minute walk to Cemetery Beach. Walk to grocery, liquor store, bus stop & restaurants.

Car is recommended for your stay. There is a bus service to Georgetown for $3 per person. Taxi and hire cars available.

There is a grocery, liquor store, 3 restaurants and bus stop within walking distance and is open til 11 pm most nights. Stores are closed on Sundays and we love it that way. :)

Wonderful holiday visit! My Dad and I had a peaceful time. The property is so close to the water and has literally everything you could think of in terms of sunscreen, pool items, beach items, and kind touches like a welcome gift and water in the fridge. Happy to have found this gem and hope to return soon!

Easy Pick - Ideal location - wish our stay was longer

Julie's place hits the mark of a well curated Caribbean beach condo to maximize fun and relaxation. Unit 2 was loaded with amenities- Kitchen, bath, bedrooms, porch, pool, and beach supplies. Snorkeling to yellow turtle mooring 100 yds out from beach was an exceptional experience! Our rental was intended as a contingency to bridge a gap in our far more costly hotel stays- hindsight it should have been the other way. Best positive barometer- we hope there's available reservations in future, as we'll be back. Only Opportunity area is the late 5pm check-in...wished it was 3pm- Thanks Julie!

The property had everything we needed. There beach access just across the alleyway. Very nice beach, not crowded at all. There’s a grocery store just 5 minutes walk. We had a very nice stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. It felt so private and was so convenient. Loved having the kitchen. Kids loved the pool. So close to the beach, which was not crowded at all. Away from the crowds but close to stores. 5 out of 5 for sure. Absolutely loved it!!

Great stay on SVB

Very comfortable layout for 4 people…the place was immaculate and modern. Julie is a fantastic host and provides so many little extras that make the vacation hassle-free. Location-wise, this is across the street from Cemetary Beach with a spectacular beach and some solid snorkeling. It was nice to still be on SVB, but just north of all the hotels.

Relaxing

Was very clean set up nice. If there were 2 couples the 2nd bedroom would've been nice to have a queen or king instead of 2 twins but really nothing to complain about. Beach access was easy, pool was amazing.

Love this rental!

Perfect getaway!

We just returned from a mother/daughter trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman. Julie was a very helpful and accommodating host, while the Windsong unit #4 was perfect in every way. Stocked with everything we needed for the week, just as described, in a great location with the private beach access right across the quiet neighborhood street. Parking inside the gate was tight at times, but street parking was always an available option. Thank you for making our first visit easy, Julie! We hope to be return again soon!

Best location on Cayman

We have stayed at Windsong 3 times now in multiple units. Each one is as great as the others. Well equipped, really nice patio or balcony, comfortable beds, and close proximity to the beach. After a 100 yard walk to the beach, you arrive at one of the best beaches in the Caribbean with no crowds. Beach equipment is available for those who want to windsurf or snorkel. Best part of Windsong is Julie, the owner. She answers any questions before your arrival and provides timely accurate recommendations for travel, dining and shopping. We will continue to return to Windsong when we return to Cayman.

Nice accommodations in a lovely quiet part of the island

Beautifully equipped condo/villa....nice to be away from the bustle of the main part of 7 mile beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. We certainly enjoyed having the use of a paddle board! Sunsets are great from the beach near by! Julie was so good at communicating with us before our arrival and that was so reassuring!

Perfect location and great condo

We really enjoyed this rental. The location was perfect for us. The patio off of the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We loved the beach across the street! So many beaches on the island were wonderful but we liked our local beach the best. The house was comfortable and the beach gear was well stocked. You can hear the neighbors but the noise was never a problem for us. The space felt relatively private and overall was really relaxing.

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and booked the space for 8 days. We felt the area was safe and fairly quiet. There is construction next door but we found that to have little impact and all the workers were very respectful. We used the paddle boards almost everyday and loved them! Grocery is within 5 min and the kitchen is beautiful to cook in - only thing I’d recommend remembering to buy if you cook is oil as the only stocked ingredients were salt and pepper. Outside of that the space as a whole was fabulous and very comfortable...a place I’d call a home away from home. Julie is a great host and was so considerate to bring by a bottle of Champagne.

Enjoyable luxury family getaway

We loved our stay. The accomodations were well appointed. Kitchen was well equipped with specialty dishes,glasses and appliances. Windsong was very close to the quiet end of seven mile beach which we appreciated. By the end of our two weeks it felt like home and we were sad to leave. Well done julie and crew

A Perfect and Relaxing Vacation

A delight to stay in. Practically on the beach, beautifully done, great pool, and best of all: a slice of 7 mile beach you have to yourself. West Bay rules!
