I’m so happy to have you here! This cozy and inviting Conway home offers three bedrooms with 2 full/queen beds, a full-size sofa bed, and twin bunk beds — perfect for families or small groups looking to relax and feel at home. The bathroom includes a bidet & soaking tub for your comfort, and the spacious living room features a comfy leather sectional that’s great for movie nights or even an extra nap spot.

I do ask that guests please book for the correct number of people staying, so I can make sure everything is fully prepared and spotless for your visit. House Rules-doors and windows must remain closed while the HVAC system is operating. Opening and closing them causes temperature fluctuations and prevents the system from stabilizing, which has been an ongoing issue with the home, leading to higher costs.

The property manager lives in a separate area with two small Yorkies. They’re sweet and stay in their own space, but you may hear a little barking now and then — they just like to say hello! 🐾

Please follow the simple house rules to help keep things running smoothly:
🗑 Trash pickup: Wednesday before 8 AM (green can)
♻️ Recycling: Monday before 8 AM (blue can)
Kindly tie up trash bags and place them in the green waste can outside. No parking or driving off of driveway and no access to backyard. Can’t follow rules- be fined or canceled.

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, there are two visible indoor cameras for arrivals — one in the laundry room facing the entry/exit door, and one on the hallway sign-in table. These are in public areas only, never in private spaces or recording.
