• Exterior security cameras are installed in outdoor areas for property security.

• The property receives regular professional pool maintenance and pest control service.

• Because the home is located across from a tropical nature reserve, occasional insects may be present despite routine maintenance and professional pest control.

• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
