One of the things we love most is the peaceful atmosphere while still being incredibly close to some of the island’s most beautiful attractions. The area is surrounded by nature, ocean breezes, tropical scenery, and beautiful beaches, yet it remains conveniently located near restaurants, marinas, island excursions, local shops, and unforgettable outdoor activities.

Our property is located directly across from a natural reserve area, which gives the neighborhood a unique tropical feel that many guests absolutely love. The sounds of nature, the relaxed atmosphere, and the sense of escaping the busy city are part of what makes this place feel special.

At the same time, you’re just minutes away from amazing experiences like boat trips to Icacos and Palomino Island, Seven Seas Beach, Las Croabas, snorkeling, kayaking, local seafood restaurants, Luquillo Beach & Kiosks, El Yunque Rainforest, and the ferries to Vieques and Culebra.

Our home combines a carefully curated boho-inspired design with the warmth and comfort of a space made to truly disconnect, relax, and enjoy Puerto Rico. Every area has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, from the cozy indoor spaces to the outdoor areas created for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

One of the standout features of our property is the private tropical outdoor experience. Guests love the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful lighting at night, the outdoor gathering spaces, and the peaceful feeling created by being surrounded by nature and located directly across from a natural reserve area.

At the same time, the property is centrally located near some of Puerto Rico’s best attractions — including beaches, island excursions, marinas, El Yunque Rainforest, local restaurants, snorkeling spots, ferries to Vieques & Culebra, and much more — allowing guests to enjoy both adventure and relaxation during their stay.
