Great place

Second time we've stayed here and already booked next year. Only complaint is the washer and dryer... Washer only fills about 1/8 full no matter the setting and dryer takes 1.5 hours to dry a small/medium load of towels. Everything else is EXCELLENT.

Great Stay

Check in communication was easy, condo was clean, and exactly as in the listing pictures. The building is great for families with kids. Indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and easy beach access.

May Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect for my two youngest grandchildren who were with us. The condo itself was clean and well maintained and the view was gorgeous! We are already making plans to come back!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a great time in this beautiful condo. It was very comfortable and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The town is delightful with lots of activities. Don’t miss the local zoo. This condo worked great for the six of us. Nice kitchen, amazing patio, plenty of room. We would definitely visit here again.

We have stayed at the Lighthouse many times. Love the convenience of the location and the covered parking deck. Also like the layout of the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would consider staying in the same condo again. Really think it was a good fit for us.

Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely loved it! The condo was super nice and we loved the decor and colors throughout. The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, could enjoy it all hours of the day even if we weren't outside. Location was perfect and short drive to various restaurants which were delicious. Will definitely come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Gulfshores vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everthing was as expected. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We picked this unit because of the doors from the bedroom leading to the balcony so we could here the ocean at night. If i had any negative comment was that there was an odor coming from the kitchen sink. But otherwise we would make sure and book this suite again

Great pools for kids and quick beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great pools for kids and quick beach access made it convenient for our family. The new balcony furniture was enjoyable. Only complaint is that the interior furniture, specifically the couch, is starting to show wear and the other family room chairs aren’t very comfortable.

Great Condo

We had a great vacation while staying at this condo. The location is great and there is plenty of parking. The extra bunk bed room is great for accommodating kids! The beds are super comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. We had a great girls trip and will consider rebooking this condo in the future. My only suggestion would be, save your money and book directly through the property Liquid life. I have used Homeaway several times and I have no issue paying for a service, but Homeaway did nothing for me but tell me to contact Liquid Life directly when I had any questions.

Great view

Over all great property and view. I would go back there but I was just hoping to have a better mattress I all the rooms to match the impressive mattress in the main room. Also there was a couple cockroachs in the balcony that showed up every night and can't control from where they come from outside. But that didn't effect my overall experience. Thank you

Cockroaches. Electric issues. Cleanliness.

The condo wasn’t very clean upon arrival. The floors were dirty and covered in sand. Within 10 minutes of being out of the shower our feet were black from walking on the floors. The condo and the whole complex has cockroaches Inside and out….which was very very disturbing to see. Another member of our family was shocked/electrocuted from trying to plug in his charger two separate times... We informed the company liquid life and they didn’t do anything to make this situation right. When I come to the beach I don’t want to have to deal with these issues for the amount of money that was spent. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Condo Review

Here is a pro/con list about property. Pros Balcony furnishings - 10/10 TVs in bedrooms Beach themed decor Kitchen counters Clean microwave No carpet only hard floor Lighted outdoor hall Location Communication system/app Liquid Life Price of this condo was cheaper for two bed/ two baths than others. Other reviews stated a stained couch-It looks like the couch was replaced. Cons Needed extra deep cleaning inside condo unit and on balcony windows/railings. No luggage racks. No overnight security that I seen. No beach chairs included. Curtains in living need washed /replaced. Bed skirt was ripped and had stains- needs replaced in both bedrooms. Extra bedroom bed mattress and box springs was old but topped with memory foam that sunk down. Bathroom showers could be updated and showing wear. Vaccum and broom needs to be updated. Washer and dryer was older and dryer loud. Random thifted looking items in EVERY closet: old corded phones, dvd/vhs players, Lamps, etc) Curtains in extra bedroom have light coming through all night needs darkening curtains. Better /updated signage needed at property. Going in a side elevator I had trouble finding office. Parking was not included with stay and was an additional $50. Parking spaces very narrow. Overall we had a nice stay. We have stayed at lighthouse before and the building is showing more age. Lots of cosmetic and maintenance updates could happen in common areas. I would rate the unit average.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Obviously loved the location and view from the room. Furniture is worn including multiple stains. Master bath has cramped and awkward layout. Wish there were a swiffer type mop available as the vacuum did not resolve the issue of sand throughout the unit.
