Welcome to your perfect winter Saratoga getaway! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home blends modern comfort with relaxed charm—featuring a warm, inviting living area with a cozy fireplace and plenty of room to unwind—all just 1 mile from downtown Saratoga Springs.
Winter in Saratoga is vibrant and full of things to enjoy. Our home is an easy drive to several nearby ski areas, and downtown stays lively with restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and seasonal events. We’ve opened availability for February and April school breaks, making this the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for a refreshing change of scenery.

Traveling with kids? Let us know! While the home is set up for adult guests by default, we’re happy to adjust the sleeping arrangements for families. Two children’s bedrooms are available, along with a high chair, pack ’n play, toys, and books to make your stay more comfortable.

Hi there! My husband is originally from Saratoga Springs. Though we moved away and spent time traveling, something about this town kept calling us back — and now, we’re proud to call it home.
We spent 1.5 years traveling full-time with our two young kids, staying exclusively in short-term rentals. That experience taught us a lot about what makes a stay truly comfortable and memorable, and we bring that perspective into hosting.
We love sharing the charm of Saratoga — especially the excitement of the track and the small-town magic — with guests from near and far. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of Saratoga. We love being in town — close enough to walk to the track on a beautiful summer day, or bike down the Spring Run Trail to the farmers market and into the heart of downtown. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and family-friendly, which makes it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It’s a great blend of convenience, charm, and quiet — and we couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

What makes our property special is the perfect mix of comfort, location, and outdoor space. We have an oversized yard — rare for this part of Saratoga — along with a pool and a screened porch where we spend most of our summer days and evenings. It’s the ideal spot to unwind. We also love the walkability — you’re right in the heart of Saratoga with everything close by, yet the neighborhood still feels peaceful and welcoming. It’s truly the best of both worlds.
