Charming 3-bedroom townhome with private splash pool in gated resort near Disney
Your home away from home in Kissimmee is just a short drive to Disney World and other theme parks. It has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and is in a gated community.This enjoyable townhome features a cozy king bed, a lovely queen bed, a nice twin bed, a beautiful bunk bed, and a full bed for a good night's sleep. There is also a Pack N Play, high chair and bumpers for toddlers. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up easily. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Our townhome has a nice patio with a splash pool. At the clubhouse there is a full size pool, kids splash pad, hot tub, playground, game room, basketball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, theater, sundry shop and Tiki Bar.. Stay connected with WiFi, stay cool with AC, and keep up with your fitness routine in the on-site fitness room. This is a fantastic home to relax in after a day in the parks.

I am from northwest Indiana, just south of Chicago. I love to travel and meet new people. My family and I have enjoyed going to Florida for many years. My husband and I visited Florida with our sons every spring break and now we go with our grown sons and their families. We started hosting to give families the opportunity to visit central Florida and have the luxury of a private home. As frequent visitors to central Florida, we know how busy days can be at the parks and it is so nice to go back to a private home after a day at the parks to relax, have a meal, and swim. My sons also think it’s great that we have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we can all spread out!
Our grandkids love our splash pool and they also enjoy the large resort pool at the clubhouse. There is also a splash pad for littles, a hot tub for grown ups, a game room (very popular with the grandkids), an exercise room, a Tiki Bar and a small sundry store.

We love having our vacation home in Windsor Palms resort. There is a guard gate so only guests and permanent residents may enter. It is very safe.
Our townhome is within walking distance of the clubhouse/pool and all of the amenities they offer.
We are close to US 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy.). There are many restaurants and stores along 192.
Theme parks are short drive. Disney is the closest but the other parks are not far at all. This really is a great location for visiting central Florida.

Staying at Windsor Palms allows you the best of everything! When you go to the parks you are immersed in all the wonders and excitement of escaping to an another world. So much fun! Then when you come back to the townhome you can kickback and enjoy just being with your family.
