Martha's Vineyard Sea View Retreat

Este condominio frente al mar encantador, espacioso y bellamente decorado tiene un patio, dos dormitorios y dos baños completos. Hay un potente aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal y una maravillosa brisa marina en toda la unidad. El condominio está a pocos pasos de la playa de Inkwell y un sendero para caminar, trotar o andar en bicicleta.

Despierta cada mañana con un increíble amanecer y una vista despejada del océano.

Puede relajarse en el patio, nadar, caminar en la playa, andar en bicicleta o trotar en el camino. Además, la unidad se encuentra a poca distancia del ferry, los parques y el corazón de Oak Bluffs, con pintorescas tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento nocturno, una sala de juegos y mucho más.

El dormitorio principal tiene un acondicionador de aire de última generación, ventilador de techo, baño completo y patio, al que también se puede acceder desde la amplia sala de estar. La habitación de invitados, muy bien equipada, se encuentra junto al segundo baño completo y recibe una agradable brisa.

El condominio está pintado en atractivos tonos azules, complementando las vistas relajantes del agua y el amanecer temprano en la mañana. El mobiliario es moderno, cómodo y recientemente amueblado.

Este es un espacio ideal para una escapada personal serena con excelentes vistas del sonido de Nantucket. La unidad es perfecta para parejas, un pequeño grupo de amigos o una pequeña familia. Nuestra casa no es adecuada para niños pequeños.

Perfect Location (Make arrangements for sheets and towels!)

The location is ideal with gorgeous views and within walking distance of restaurants and the Gingerbread village. The space itself is adequate. We’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t provide sheets and towels but there are island services that provide them if you give adequate notice There were 2 of us and we stayed 3 nights; the sheet and towel service was 97. The Keurig did not work and we had bought both reg and decaf K cups. When we messaged the host, she questioned it saying it was new and she owned one that had lasted 10 years. She had someone come check it (who confirmed it wasn’t working). That person then went and bought a reg coffee pot and reg coffee. Not a huge inconvenience but didn’t necessarily appreciate being treated like we were incompetent or lying. Overall, the stay was nice and communication was quick.

Family summer vacation on Martha’s Vineyard

Excellent location and gorgeous apartment. Close to beach , shops , restaurants. Beach across from apartment is very clean and beautiful. We definitely will come back . Owner is awesome.

Beautiful getaway

We stayed here for 3 nights. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved the balcony and the amazing ocean views. It was nice to have the beach chairs available. Great location, can’t say enough great things about this home and the owner was amazing to work with. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Wonderful property

Excellent property, well maintained and very clean. Walking distance to downtown Oak bluffs. Woke up every morning and walked the seaway, a pure joy to see the water aerobics group in the morning. Even though the host provides a Kuerig and traditional coffee pot, I did walk to town for a morning coffee a few times. Pure Joy. I am working out a date for next year and hopefully be able to reserve this property. An Excellent 5 star experience.

All good very nice location and condo lovely and clean. Would suggest adding blinds or other to block light in the living (no window coverings at all) and in the primary bedroom we were out late some nights and wanted to sleep past 6 am and it was too bright. Also primary bathroom door does not lock or stay closed. Also some additional pillows would have been good for us!

Absolutely Wonderful!

From early communication before our stay to post-checkout, our experience at this residence was absolutely wonderful. The check-in process was keyless and seamless. We appreciated not having to keep up with a key between the two of us. Upon entry, we were met with wonderful scents, so much natural light, and a cool a/c breeze. We immediately started to relax. Our pre-ordered linens were there upon arrival. We quickly made our beds and began unpacking. There were plenty of hangers between the two closets. The home is tastefully decorated and there were so many unique and thoughtful touches including the amazing art, local menus, maps, and books about the island. The condo is right across from Inkwell Beach. During the week of July 4th, it was a bit noisy during busy times. Bring ear plugs if you are an afternoon napper or light sleeper, but you can't beat the location to the beach and the town center. We loved sitting on the balcony when it rained or just to enjoy the ocean view. We also appreciated the variety of beach chairs provided - very important and thoughtful for guests with mobility limitations. Grab your beach chairs and towels, walk around the corner, cross the street and you are on the beach! The smaller bedroom does get a little warm even with the ceiling fan, but overall this was a very enjoyable stay. High marks! I look forward to booking again!

Superb… Excellent… Amazing…. Relaxing

This was one of the best vacations ever!!! It was my 5th year wedding anniversary and the first time in Oak Bluffs… Weeks prior to check In Miss Jennifer reached out to me with a plethora of information about the island. She continued to be available through the day of check-in to answer all questions and to make sure check in was smooth!! And it was..Walking in the condo I was amazed!! It was immaculate and had everything we needed!!! But the view of the Inkwell beach was heavenly… The location was Perfect… the bud stopped right in front… we caught the bus to Edgar town and Tilsbury several times and Walked to oak bluff town center… the bus was easy to navigate which was great as we did not bring a car… I can’t stress enough how perfect the location is… and how beautiful the condo is… we enjoyed every minute and will be back!! Thank you so much Miss Jennifer for everything!!! Your hospitality is top notch!!

Rejuvenating

The property is located in historic Oak Bluffs with gorgeous views of the ocean. I saw the sun rise and set over the ocean . You can walk to local businesses and restaurants. Every detail inside was perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. We will return and share with friends and family

Know before you go

Overall we were very happy with this property and our stay. I do recommend it and would stay again! I do not typically use VRBO so I will take partial responsibility for not knowing how to navigate the details of the listing, but I was not aware that linens and towels aren’t included. You have to arrange that in advance but don’t have the address until 3 days prior, so that was a hassle as we were traveling through many states. I didn’t know to plan for this and it was a hassle to do while traveling and just wanting to enjoy. It seems standard for the island and is on the listing, but I would like it in bold print and would be happy to pay extra per night to cover the linens. The only other issue was the door was opened when we arrived. Not unlocked but actually open. We were nervous to enter, I called and text the owner but no response so we went in. My husband shut the door and I tried the code from outside and it didn’t work. An hour or so went by and we needed food so we had to leave the condo with our stuff unlocked. Again, not really a big deal, I think MV is probably pretty safe. The only problem I had was my communication with the owner. She said she trusts her cleaning company to lock the door and treated me as though I was lying about the door being open and the code not working. I have no clue what I stood to benefit from it but she did reset with a new code and everything from then on was great. Location is perfect, condo is beautiful, and I do recommend!

I began visiting Martha's Vineyard over thirty years ago. I rented homes and B&Bs for many years before purchasing this loverly seaside retreat. I have been very intentional about making the condo comfortable and inviting, and I am delighted to share this dream location with you.

Martha's Vineyard is a wonderful place to visit in the spring, summer, fall, and winter.

This lovely seaside retreat is an ideal place from which to experience all that the island has to offer.

This beach front condo is a gem and an ideal location from which to experience this magical island. The condo offers a spectacular view of the morning sunrise and the pristine waters of the Nantucket Sound.

Imagine awaking each day to the sun rising over the ocean or walking out of the property and onto the trail that enables you to walk, jog, or bike along the sea coast.

You can cross the street to take advantage of the Inkwell beach, and there is a park that is adjacent to the property. You can also walk a few blocks along the water to the heart of the town where you will find restaurants, shops and the historic Ocean Park. The property is just a short distance from State Beach and the famous Jaws bridge, and it's in close proximity to the adjoining towns of Vineyard Haven and Edgartown.

If you drive, the rental includes parking for one car. If you come without a car, the unit is in walking distance of the heart of Oak Bluffs. Local buses stop near the property, and you are able to use public transportation to travel throughout the island.

Location, Location, Location!

The condo's beach front location and proximity to Circuit Avenue make the Vineyard experience even more spectacular.

You can take a short walk along the beach to the picturesque Ocean Park, and stroll into the center of town to the arcade, pizza and ice cream parlors, the famous Back Door Donuts, or simply stroll Circuit Avenue. There are parks, play grounds, and basketball courts within a few blocks of the unit. The Inkwell Beach is literally in front of the condo, and the very popular State Beach is just down the road.

The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom, ceiling fans, and an amazing ocean breeze that flows through the unit.

There is a very comfortable chaise lounge, rocking chair, and full size sofa daybed in the living room for relaxing, watching television, watching the sunrise, or napping during the day. You can also grab the beach chairs from the unit, relax, or have dinner on the beach.

The Oak Bluffs ferry location is just a few blocks away! You can actually walk to the ferry when arriving or departing if you have rolling luggage.
