The listing is the basement of a single family home. The family that stays here has a toddler and will be on the main floor. This is their home, and you are a guest in their home.

This beautiful home has the original hardwood floors on the main floor so you will likely hear them walking. Please be comfortable with this before booking.

No Smoking Policy.
No more than 6 occupants policy.

There are quiet hours (see quiet hours section) during designated times where noise should be minimized, but this does not mean there won’t be any noise. The occupants understand that they will hear you, and there should be an understanding that you will hear them throughout the day, quiet hours or not.

There will be a request of $250 for smoking violations.

Note: The neighbors next door had a fire. The building is boarded up and in the process of restoration.

The backyard features a seating area with outlets for phone charging, a hot tub, and a small turf area for relaxing or laying out with clothes on.
Note: No sun tanning with suntan lotion or spray is allowed on the turf.
