Orange Beach great, but pictures of units are deceiving

At first glance, the condo unit appeared well equipped. However, our first night we sat down late to watch tv and unwind. The recliner nearly fell apart when my husband sat in it. The tv in both the bedroom and living room did not work. After 45 minutes on the phone with the cable provider, it was determined a technician would come out the next day. Never heard from them. I called the rental agent and a technician was sent out, only to learn that the cable service had recently been changed and there were glitches. The cable service to this unit did not exist. We were told someone would come out the next day. Needless to say, we were not able to watch any tv. Then, as we were unpacking the clothes, the closet door fell off. Luckily I caught it and no one was hurt. The lightbulb to one of the bedside lamps was out as well. So much for an inspection checklist. Note...since covid, only a sheet and blanket are provided for the room. If you are like me and prefer more cover, bring your own. I was able to get an extra blanket from housekeeping the next day, but was uncomfortable the first night. I will say, everyone was very nice, but it was a frustrating experience and put a damper on our limited 3 night vacation. I will not rent again from pictures. I will call and get a recommendation from a live person.

The condo is as pictured, we did have a couple of issues with things not being clean. I think the owner needs to upgrade the furniture a bit also. Overall, we had a great stay.

Excellent!

This property and condo were perfect for our family getaway. The condo had an amazing view of the beach and was perfect for my husband, 11 month old and I. The bedroom got nice and dark to keep naps on track. The overall finishes were very nice as well. We were worried the property would be filled with lots of wild spring breakers but it was mainly young families like ours. The only downside I could think of was the pool was freezing. We couldn’t get in our entire stay, wish it had been heated. The underground reserved parking was a nice plus too as it rained a couple of times and we didn’t have to worry about getting wet. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View On The Beach

The property images and descriptions are accurate! This is a lovely and clean property with a beautiful view from a wall of windows and a roomy balcony located right on the beach. It is quiet, peaceful and smoke-free with a bonus: the reserved parking space in the parking garage! This condo is very convenient to restaurants, stores, pharmacies and shopping. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Anniversary Get Away

Property was just as listed, beautiful. Stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Short walk out to beach. Major plus was the reserved parking spot in the garage. Would love to stay there again.

Best Spring Break Trip

We decided last minute to take our two children on spring break, and found this condo still available. We drove 16 straight hours from Wisconsin, and were fortunate enough to get an early check in so we could relax. The pictures online of the condo were great, but we really were impressed when we got in as sometimes pictures online can be deceiving. Everything is so convenient to get to in this unit -- the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and beach were all within 5 minutes of the unit. The view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed many meals and morning coffee out there. It was also wonderful to have the patio doors open during the day while we were up there eating. We had such a wonderful time, we extended our trip two more days! The convenience of having the washer and dryer was great for us. We also utilized the grills outside. This location is perfect for getting to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops and more. We hope to come visit again soon! We have also stayed at other places, and we were surprised at how much stuff was available for our use -- crock pots, extra plastic containers, various pots and pans, etc. I felt like we were right at home. We definitely will recommend this to people, and hope to be back!

What a great condo to stay at while spending a few days at the beach. Terrific location for getting around the Orange Beach area and fabulous views of the Gulf from the condo. The condo is nicely updated for a comfortable stay.

Phoenix 6 Stay 2016

We have never stayed in a Phoenix property before and we were not disappointed. Great views from our room. Room was in very good condition; however, would be nice to have bathroom stocked with toilet paper. Pools were nice and easy to get to, check in and check out was very easy, and I really appreciate having 4 elevators in the building, so we did not have to wait long at any time. thank you for having a large number of luggage carts. It would be great if the floor material on the ground floor near the indoor pool was not tile (very slippery when wet). Overall great experience.

Outstanding Condo @ Phoenix VI.

We had never stayed at a Phoenix property and we were not disappointed. The facility is very nice, great curb appeal. The property is kept up very well, very clean with plush furnishings and exceptional staff with great customer service. Has many things to enjoy - tennis courts, sauna, 2 pools, indoor/outdoor, racquetball, bikes, grills. Plenty of Parking/Covered Parking and conveniently located in Orange Beach. Everything was close to us. The best experience was the condo we rented. ID #461382. As soon as we walked in we knew this was our new favorite place to stay. This condo was so beautifully decorated, updated with modern furnishings. You really felt like you were at a resort -very relaxing. My promise to myself was that the next time I went we must stay a week to really enjoy it and do everything it has to offer. A great place to make memories! We loved it and will be back soon.
