🚫 There are two small structures and one RV near the property that are not included in your rental and not accessible to guests

🅿️ Free parking is available in front of the property, but please do not park in the driveway, as it may be used by others who live nearby

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb's policy mandates that we force evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule.

2. 🤫【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
To respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

3. 🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.

4. 🚫🐈🐕【NO ANIMAL】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 🚫👞【NO SHOES】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. You are more than welcome to bring your slippers! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

6. ⚠️【Self Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.💼【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.

8.✈️【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.

9.🚮【Dispose trash properly】
There is no need to sort the trash. Just bag it properly and tie it up. You can leave it inside the house or throw it in our dumpster by the street, close to our entrance.

10. 📮【Lost and Found】
Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

11. ✍️【Water Sports Waiver】
To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary water sports equipment, including paddle boards and kayaks, which are stored in the backyard for your convenience. However, it's important to understand that by using these equipment, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you're the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you're accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver before using the equipment. If anyone in your group encounters risks without signing the waiver, you'll be responsible for any accidents that happen. Please note that minors are NOT permitted to use the equipment.
