No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Water Safety
Swimming in the canal is not permitted, as alligators may be present.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes. This fee must be paid prior to the trip and applies to the entire stay. If you would like to add pool heating and have not yet paid the fee, please contact Triad Vacation Rentals immediately.

Accessibility
Elevator access is available to the main house and living spaces. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground level.

Boat Dock
A boat dock is available for vessels up to 20 feet in length. Please note that there is no lift access.

Fire Pit
Firewood is provided for use in the fire pit.
