Estudio con una cama King más un futón desplegable, un baño. El estudio tiene capacidad para 2 adultos y 1 niño menor de 12 años. Se considerará una mascota por $ 85. 00 tarifa por mascota.

Conch Key Villas se encuentra en la pintoresca y encantadora isla de Conch Key, ubicada al norte de Marathon Florida. Nuestro alojamiento limpio y confortable ubicado detrás de una entrada privada y hermosos paisajes ofrecen un oasis verde para la relajación. El estacionamiento para el remolque de su bote y el vehículo es amplio y se incluye un código de embarque. Una rampa para botes se encuentra a una corta distancia a la derecha en Conch Key. La Unidad 4 se encuentra en el piso de arriba, el lado de la calle ofrece vistas de las palmeras tropicales en las copas de los árboles y el balcón lateral del Golfo tiene vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos de las claras aguas tropicales del Golfo de Florida.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was an amazing place to stay!! Very comfortable and the view was incredible! Our own private balcony which was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets! Nice courtyard for a bit of shade in the middle of the day. Everything we needed was provided. Quiet and cozy location, tucked away from all busy tourist places. Perfect location and hosts! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely paradise!!! We met 2 other couples who also brought their boats and we all had the sundown party at the tiki bar almost every night. We made new friends - 3 other couples, 3 dogs. Enjoyed 3 boats, beautiful sunsets, swimming off the dock, catching fish and one small nurse shark, manatee sighting, tarpon, parrot fish.... I will add this is also one of the safest places we have stayed in the Keys over the last 17 years. Small key, quiet and a complete getaway experience. Easy day trip to Key West or up to Islamorada. We also bought fresh lobster tails and stone crab claws from a working dock on Conch Key - right from the boat. We will stay here every time we go to the Keys. Thank you, Daphne and David. See you next year!

The condo was so cute and the property manager was wonderful! The little neighborhood it is in is so cute as well! Great location on the water and it was nice to have a boat stall included.

Perfect Place

We were very pleased with our stay. Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The sunsets were spectacular from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Stay

The property was very nice. We loved the view! It was great to have kayaks and paddleboards.It was quiet and relaxing. The window shade in the front window and front door needs replacing. But everything else was clean and comfortable.

Dream Stay/Location

Amazing property with breathtaking views directly on the water. Balcony was the best place we found in the Keys to watch the sunset. Extremely clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for an anniversary get away! Will be back soon!

Island Getaway

Was a great location to access several keys. Marathon was quaint and the people friendly. The villa in Conch Key was wonderful and had the most breathtaking sunsets. We will for sure book again in the future!

Had a nice stay- paddle boarded, swam. We came during off season after Labor Day, minimal tourists . Took a day trip to key west, another day snorkeling trip, another pedestrian bridge to pigeon key. Very nice cozy unit fully remodeled - comfy king size bed.

Had the most relaxing time which was exactly what we needed! The BEST water view in the Keys! The studio was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable! The owners were so attentive and nice! Definitely recommend staying here without a doubt and will be back! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Great view, very clean and warm accommodation. Could use some softer pillows, like next to the bed on the right, a few more glasses, bowls, and cups. And nonstick frying pan.

Daphne - you were awesome. This place gas amazing views of the Gulf right from the dock out the back door. If you want a quiet place with the best view, this is it. i can't wait to come back!!!!

Pictures and description were accurate on the VRBO site. Fresh plants was a nice touch. Balcony & views delightful. # bring your own bed pillows. The ones provided are very hard.

We had a great stay. Unit was very comfortable and convenient with the boat dock right out our back door. There is a bulk ice machine that was a nice perk. Great location, nice views, gas bbq grill, coin op laundry. We will definitely be back!

Gem on Conch Key

Our first visit to the Keys was made even better by Conch Key Villas. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful. The villas have been remodeled and are nicely furnished. The water is just steps away from the door, and the community outdoor spaces are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal View.

The property was better than expected and the host was present and very helpful. Our first day we changed plans just to sit and watch the aquatic life directly below us. Tarpon, manatee, sharks, eagle rays, rainbow and blue parrot fish all right at the dock. The room was well appointed for our needs and comfortable. My wife was happy and so was I. Great place to enjoy the keys for first time. 20–30 min to Islamorada and the same to Marathon. 1.5hrs to key west and that was a good day trip. The kayaks are right at the dock too so it was easy to get in and explore. Will be planning to come again soon.

Perfect Paradise in Conch Key

We have been visiting the Keys for 15 years and this is by far the best experience. Pete, the property manager, gave us a bottle of champagne when we arrived for our anniversary! What a nice welcome. Having our boat out back was perfect. The suite is beautifully renovated with high-end appliances, comfortable furniture and all the supplies we wanted. Fabulous sunsets, manatee, bird and tarpon watching from the balcony. Pete helped accommodate our F350 and boat trailer. Great laidback neighborhood - everyone is friendly and Pete is over-the-top wonderful.

AMAZING Waterfront Sunset views, welcoming host and everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Pete the manager makes you feel welcome before you even get there. He is so helpful and truly makes your stay so pleasant. Newly renovated to look like a perfect vacation retreat. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Linens and towels are great quality. Boat slips, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc.. Ice machine for your cooler each day. Tropical plants, herbs, mint and more for you to use. Plenty of lounging areas outside to enjoy the waterfront breeze. We watched a manatee swim under the boat slips while waiting for the sunset. We highly recommend Conch Key Villas and look forward to coming back!

Conch Key Villas

Our apartment, #4 is on the top floor of several units, very private and right on the water with boat docks and a sunset that is to die for. The unit was recently remodeled and had all new appliance and a great rain shower in the new bathroom! The King Size bed was very comfortable! There are places outside to sit and have a drink and converse with other guests. We used 2 of many Kayaks to paddle around in the water. Fished off the dock and and was visited by manatee! Used the gas grill to cook Fresh Lobster and Crab Claws we bought from Kelly right off her boat just a couple blocks from the Villas. Pete the property manager met us upon arrival. Pete is a great guy and got us or told us we’re to go to get what we needed. The owner Daphnie was very responsive and helpful. If your going to the Keys and want a laid back and affordable place to stay, this is it.
