Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a family getaway, our spacious 3,557 sq ft home is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably.

The open-concept main floor is perfect for gathering, with a modern chef’s kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island, and bar seating. Whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll have everything you need.

Relax in the inviting living room or hang out in the dedicated game room, ideal for evening entertainment or laid-back weekends. The private outdoor patio provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or dip in the jacuzzi.

Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind—plush bedding, stylish decor, and ample storage make it easy to settle in.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
