Guest access
• This is a single family home. There are no shared walls or other renters on the property.
• You will have access to everything except the detached garage.

• Free street parking
• Free parking in driveway
• Washer and dryer

Some things to note:

✔ We do not have AC; most coastal homes do not. Each room has a fan and windows for that cool ocean breeze.

✔ No parties, gatherings, events, and no smoking, vaping, or drugs

✔ This is the perfect house for family beach days, dinners on the patio, relaxing hot tub time. This is NOT a party house or meant to be the home base for large family reunions.

✔ - PET RULES:
- We are able to host a max of 2 dogs.
- Please do not leave your dog unattended.
- Please clean up after your dog before you leave.
- Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub at any time.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
