Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our time. The property was exactly as promised and more. The place was very clean and easy to get to the beach. The process was also very organized and the property manager great to work with and communicated well. We will definitely come back.

Family Vacation —Oceanside

So clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is new and fresh and well stocked. The kitchen was great and allowed us to eat many meals in. The short walk to the beach was fantastic. Highly recommend this VRBO. Getting to use all of the beach chairs and boogie boards and beach umbrellas was wonderful. 10/10. We had no issues. I would highly recommend, and would gladly stay here in the future!

We LOVED this place!

We came out to celebrate our daughters sweet 16 and had an awesome time! Location could not be better, the condo held us all perfectly and it was a great place to retire to after a long day. VERY clean and well set up, we needed nothing. Although there is no A/C we did ok with fans and open windows in the evening. We felt safe and comfortable and our VRBO host was awesome. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for sure! Thank you for a great week!

Excellent rental property!!

This is a lovely rental property. The property manager is super nice, very responsive, and accommodating. The property is easily the most equipped rental I have ever used. Everything you could need was there, from beach towels to blankets to kitchen equipment. The place was super clean and comfortable for the six of us!

Clean, spacious and comfortable!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous beach rental! Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfy and clean with plenty of storage. We never bothered renting a car as we could walk to everything! Loved the access to the Coaster train. We will return!

Perfect Spot for Oceanside Stay

Our group of 6 (3 teenagers, grandparent) had a great stay. One of the rare times that the place was better than the pictures showed. The place was so nice, well-stocked kitchen, bigger than expected and a great location. Our favorite part was listening to the crashing waves from most rooms in the house. We spent a lot of time in the upstairs seating area. We walked everywhere. Perfect for our older kids, but for very young kids it may be a little far to sandy beach. But it was so nice to have beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. The only con is something that can’t be controlled and that was the view of backyard from main level. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oceanside. And we decided we loved staying in Oceanside—- easy drive to San Diego, La Jolla but nice to be in quaint, easy to navigate, casual surfer town.

The home itself was very nice.

Pros: the area of Oceanside is very convenient. Appliances updated. Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Parking was great. Grill was great. (shared it with our neighbor) Linens including bath and beach towels are provided. Tim was a great property manager. Any time we had an issue, it was resolved quickly. (the garage door spring broke at 9pm one night and by 8am the next morning a service repair man was taking care of It) Cons: No Air conditioning. (that is evidently commonly missing in the area) however it did get quite warm in the house in the day. We had to ask for extra fans and keep the windows open for air flow. TRAIN: There is a train that runs right behind the house. Bring ear plugs as it goes through constantly. Even in the middle of the night. With the windows open, it was pretty loud and woke us several times each night. The views........ Well the one shown on line is very beautiful. You will see this if you walk up to the roof top and ONLY look one way (diagonally towards the pier) If you look down, you will see construction. If you look behind you, you will see a very trashy neighbor's yard. It is a big dirt patch with a lot of toys and crap in the yard. It looks like they might run a daycare there. This same view is off the family room balcony and master BR. This is not the owner's fault, but definitely an eye sore. Security: we learned quickly not to leave anything on the sidewalks or in the back alley by the garage or leave the garage doors open. You share the garage with other tenants. Unfortunately our neighbor left his surf board out, drove around the front of the house and then went right back and the board was stolen. There were definitely some local neighbors watching the place. They knew when we left the house for the day. Early Friday morning we placed the trash outside the garage. We were startled when we saw a homeless man sleeping in btwn our unit and the neighbors. He seemed harmless but still a little surprising. It would have been great to have beach chairs to use. There is a beach umbrella in the garage, but it is getting pretty worn and several of the spokes are broken. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed spending time with extended family. The area is beautiful and convenient to LA, San Diego, Anaheim, Mission Bay, etc. If you can get passed the train and the heat in the middle of summer, then you should enjoy the place.

Great vacation

This property was in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, and train station. The off street garage parking was much appreciated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 bathrooms nice for our group of 6. We enjoyed our time in Oceanside and will return in the future!

Great location with great amenities!

Our family stayed here which included grandparents and kids (infant, toddler and 5 years old). The place was immaculate and very well stocked with top of the line items. The only thing I would note for future renters (this is not a negative, just to make sure you're aware) is that there are stairs so make sure if you have little ones to bring a baby gate (which is what we did and it worked great!). The property is SO close to the beach and we loved hanging out on the rooftop every morning and evening to listen to the waves crash. Would love to stay again!

Amazing

We loved loved loved our stay in Oceanside. The house was roomy, clean, and so beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The grill was spotless. There was clean bedding, plenty of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. We loved lounging on the roof every night listening to the ocean. The location was amazing and Tim was very hospitable. We will definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone that is super picky about clean, beautiful living.

Beautiful condo with rooftop deck

This place was clean and perfect for my family of 5. We spent most of our time on the rooftop deck when we were at the condo. Sure we could hear the train but that’s part of the charm of staying in Oceanside and it didn’t bother us one bit even with all the windows open during our stay. The walk to the sand was just what my 5 yo could handle since there wasn’t any directly in front at this time, just rocks. But It wasn’t too far of a walk that we found great places to set up for the day with all the beach gear that is provided. Parking was easy for us using the garage and on the street for our visitors. Beds were great too!

The kitchen was great for cooking in and the location made is easy to get around. Plenty of beach toys and chairs if your group is not too large.

True southern CA beachfront experience

We had two families with small kids staying for a month. By all accounts this was one of the best vacations we had! The property is clean, spacious and modern. Kitchen and the high-end grill are fully set for gourmet cooking. Roof deck is spectacular for relaxing after day at the beach. Highly recommended!

Five Plus Stars!!!

We can't rave enough about this wonderful property -- from the location 1 block off the Strand, to the views from the rooftop patio, to the fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment, to the top quality furnishings and decor. This was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 7 and has been by far the best rental we have stayed at. Tim was a wonderful property manager. We will be back.

Great family place steps from the beach.

What an awesome property. Open plan kitchen and living area with a view of the beach. We cooked, we played games... but the part is the crow’s nest. We watched the sunset at night and gazed at the moonlight reflecting off the water. We will book this again!

From selection to rental process to our stay everything was easy and perfect! Very walkable neighborhood, corner market right down the street, unit is beautiful. Beach just a few minutes walk away; enjoyed seeing and hearing the ocean from the property. Tim, the property manager, was super helpful.

Great Vacation Rental

The condo was a short walk to the beach, with direct access via a staircase. The kitchen was amazing - had all amenities/appliances/etc. that we needed and we loved the easy access to a BBQ. The property manager was great and accessible. The condo is also close to a train station so we were able to easily jump on a train to SD for a Padres game! (Only complaint is that proximity to the train means whistles in the early and late hours of the day.) Overall was an excellent stay and will keep this location on the list of future vacations!
