The condo has a kitchen, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, covered parking, and 24-hour security.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Retreat to the main suite where comfort meets luxury. Featuring a plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, this room is a haven of relaxation. Furnished with ample closet space and equipped with a large smart TV, the suite caters to both your rest and entertainment needs. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, enhancing your daily routine. Large sliding doors open onto a private patio, outfitted with two comfortable chairs — the perfect nook for unwinding with a book or soaking up the serene ambiance.

The second bedroom offers equal parts comfort and style, with a king bed and an expansive floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with natural light. A smart TV and generous closet space make it both a relaxing retreat and a practical living solution.

The vibrant sofa folds down flat and pulls out to make a bed. The rustic wooden coffee table and the large, round mirror accentuate the room`s modern yet rustic charm.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, featuring a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and a dining table for 4. Whether it`s morning coffee or a homemade meal, the kitchen caters to your culinary needs.

An advanced water filtration system ensures that you always have access to clean, refreshing water.

Access

The condo is all yours for the duration of your stay.
Check-ins are a breeze with a self-operated keypad system.

The property and all its amenities are available to everyone in your traveling group. You will be issued a wristband upon checkin. Please wear it for the duration of your stay as it is your access to the pool, gym, games area, gym, and other shared amenities of the complex.

Upon checkin, Security will issue each member of your party a wristband. Only guests with wristbands have access to the complex. You cannot invite someone not in your traveling partner to the complex.

Punta Paraiso Condominium Complex
Rules & Regulations
Listed below are basic rules designed for the safety
of renters and owners and the enjoyment of the
Punta Paraiso condominiums.

General Rules
1. All children under the age of 13 must be
accompanied by an adult. 1 adult for every
4 children.
2. Do not play, run or shout in the hallways of
the buildings.
3. Quiet time is 10:00 pm
4. Follow the instructions on each floor for
garbage disposal.
5. Renters are not allowed to receive visitors
or guests.
6. Renters are not allowed to have pets.

Pool Area Rules
1. No jumping or throwing large objects into
the pool.
2. Surfboards and inflatable toys are not
allowed in the pool.
3. Eating or drinking is not allowed in the
pool.
4. Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
5. Do not reserve lounge chairs or furniture
with towels or personal items. Security
personnel will remove them after one hour
of non-use.

I understand that I and my companions must
comply with the rules and regulations established
in the Condominium. I understand that failure to
comply may result in being asked to leave the
Condominiums.
