Welcome to Deer Valley Boulder Creek Residence, a beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom retreat nestled in one of the most sought-after locations in Lower Deer Valley. Perfectly situated along the shuttle route to both Historic Main Street and Snow Park Base Lodge, and just steps from Deer Valley Café and the scenic lake, this stylish vacation home offers unbeatable convenience and charm. Guests can enjoy easy access to summer concerts, international World Cup events, and year-round mountain adventures, all while being surrounded by serene natural beauty.

This inviting mountain haven has been thoughtfully updated and designed with comfort in mind. Expansive main-level windows frame views of the surrounding landscape, filling the open-concept living and dining areas with natural light. The spacious layout makes it easy to relax, gather, and entertain. A secluded hot tub tucked into a private nook offers the perfect spot to unwind, while the home backs up to a wooded hillside, enhancing the sense of privacy and peace.

Upstairs, the expansive King master suite features vaulted ceilings, a generous ensuite bathroom, and luxurious new bedding. A second bedroom on this level includes a Full-over-Full bunk bed—an ideal space for kids or guests of any age. On the main floor, just off the living area, is a cozy King suite, and the new sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper for two additional guests. The lower level houses a fourth bedroom suite with two Twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests.

Additional amenities include a private one-car garage suitable for small or mid-size SUVs, guest parking in the neighborhood, a full laundry area, and convenient ski storage off the garage entry. Whether visiting in winter for world-class skiing or in summer for mountain festivals and hiking, Deer Valley La Casa Boulder Creek is the perfect setting for a memorable Deer Valley stay.

Please note: this home is located in a quiet, residential community and is best suited for families or respectful groups. Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not permitted, and quiet hours are strictly enforced by Park City ordinance. Large SUVs, including Suburbans, will not fit in the garage—only small or mid-size SUVs are recommended.

Great for a group of families and friends

Great spot! We had all of the amenities and space we needed to have a fantastic ski trip with a group of families and friends. The private hot tub was so wonderful for us after the kids went to bed, and the bus stop really couldn't be closer. We were able to walk to Main Street in Park City easily, or take the bus if we wanted. We will look to stay again on our next trip to Deer Valley!

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay here with plenty of room to accommodate our large group. Discovering the extra lofted twin bed in the bunk room was nice! Management was very communicative and responded to issues/questions quickly - they called us before we checked in to let us know they would be replacing a faulty dryer that the previous guest had just reported.

Perfect place in deer valley

I was here with a group of coworkers and we all thought the place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub for after a long day of work (even in the bitter cold!) and the communication with the management was perfect. Had everything we needed, well appointed, and exactly as described. Thanks!

Great property with lots of room

Good location especially if skiing deer valley. Right on the bus stop. Hot tub was awesome and it accommodates 3 families easily. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Very convenient property

We usually stay in/ski out, but prices were insane at Christmas time. However, this location was super convenient with a bus stop right out front that comes every couple of minutes. The house was lovely, fireplace worked great, nice modern TV's, nice hot tub and grill, beds and bedding were good. The only mediocre thing I would say are the showers need renovating. Other than that, it's a top notch place.

Poor communication

The location was great. However, the communication with Mountain West was slow. We were only there for 4 days and contacted management about a couple of items which were never resolved. Be aware that the downstairs bedroom is freezing cold. The window is drafty. A space heater is provided but we did not feel safe running that all night. The closets (especially in that bedroom) were full of so much stuff that I could not hang up my clothing. I reported this and received the response that this was just extra blankets. Not the case, there was a man's sweater and some sort of diving gear in there. The description of the bedroom configuration shows that there is a sofa bed in the master bedroom. There is only 1 sofa bed in the living room. Finally, we had a roof leak into the living room that dripped on an ipad. This was immediately reported to management. No response to address that issue. We gave up and left the next day.

3 Levels, 2 Families, 1 Private Jacuzzi

Great location in front of shuttle for easy access to Deer Valley! We had two families fit comfortably in this tri-level condo. The garage only fit one of our SUVs. Top level toilet wasn't working for 2 days (Sunday + a Monday holiday) which was inconvenient. Besides that, everything else was exactly as described and comfortable. We contacted the management company after we left about items we may have left behind and they were very responsive. Overall, would recommend.

Convenient and really nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was stocked more than any other VRBO I have ever stayed at. There were extra rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The layout was perfect for two families with multiple kids. It was very convenient and was on the bus route to deer Valley and downtown for restaurants/shopping. The bedding was super comfortable and the washer and dryer worked excellently which is very important when skiing with kids!

Great stay for Sundance

A really great place to stay for a group of colleagues during the film festival. No complaints. -- Note the bathrooms on bottom and top floors are en suite, and the main floor bathroom also has a door connected to the bedroom. Ended up being fine for us, but something to consider as planning room assignments.

Good value for larger groups

Highlights: well stocked kitchen, hot tub, nice layout, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of parking, walking distance to downtown. Two of the bedrooms are great for couples. Two of the bedrooms are good for kids/singles. Highly recommended for families or groups.

Great Christmas vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our large family and the location was ideal. We walked to main st, and the bus stop right outside was great for getting everywhere else!

Great place/location to town

Had a great guys trip. Was only 15 min walk to town which was perfect for us. We went on a 8 mi hike up that started at Town Lift so we didnt have to drive to get there. Nice/comfortable beds and great cabin feel. Note: the hot tub cannot be used after 10pm which we missed/didn't know but was still ready/great to use after hiking.

Great location!

We loved this house. So easy to get around. Our only complaint was the heating system. The thermostat was very finicky and difficult to use. It actually shut the heat off on us a couple times during the day and at night. Besides that, the house was perfect!

Great Condo in great location

This space fit two families perfectly and the location and communication from the team was great. Only feedback would be to list on the welcome note where the trash enclosure is on the property. We had the code but couldn't find it for a while

Good: - Location is great for access to Deer Valley and Park City as well as the town. - plenty of space for 2 families - management company very responsive - check in and out was seamless Items to Improve - There were some areas of the house that were run down or needed maintenance - some drawers as well as loft railing - The kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils/baking pans and other accessories.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley. Location was great, close to town and the slopes for our annual three family ski gathering. After skiing, we stayed in a cooked/grilled most evenings. There was plenty of pots/pans/kitchen utensils, but limited storage/tupperware for leftovers. 3 Bedrooms (with seperate baths) and the loft room were nice. While the living/kitchen areas was a little tight for three growing families (6 adults, 3 Teens, 2 tweens), we certainly enjoyed our time and the accomodations.

Extremely comfortable home and fantastic location

The home made it easy to accommodate two families with a floor plan the provided privacy yet great area to come together. The kitchen was large and made it easy for everyone to move around easily. Location provided an easy walk to ski or to downtown, yet catching a bus was quick and easy as well. I was impressed with the communication I received prior to arriving and the ease of arrival and departure.

Great place!

The house is very nice and fit our party of two families perfectly. The location is excellent; bus stop right outside going toward Deer Valley or Park City, and an easy walk to Main Street. We would definitely like to stay there again when the occasion arises...

Spacious, beautifully decorated home in ideal location

We loved this house! It was cozy and yet spacious. It was in the ideal location - a few minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City ski areas and similarly close to Main Street. Tom was easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and we had no issues once there.

Perfect!

This lovely home accommodated our large group perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner Tom quickly responded to any questions we had. The location is great - just a short drive to the slopes or town and the bus picks up a short walk from the front door. Overall, a perfect stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

This was the perfect condo for two families of 4. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bunk room was fun for the younger kids (ages 11 and 12) and the lower level room was perfect for a teen. We all agreed that the living room was cozy and a great place to hang out after a day of skiing. The condo is in a great location because it is close to both Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley and to Main Street. It was easy to walk to Main Street and the bus stopped right in front of the complex. The owner Tom was accommodating and easy to work with. We would love to return!
