Love the view!

Couldn't ask for more, for the price. Love the location, love the view and has everything you could need when you're going to be at the beach or on the town most of the time. Would definitely stay again

Great customer service

Overall we had a great stay! We had a slight issue with the toilet, but the nice lady from the rental property handled it very quickly. She was super nice!

Check in process was great, location was easy to find and in a really quiet/peaceful area. All of the staff were so kind and wonderful. The pool area was kept up nicely. We were in the area for the Sand in my Boots festival and the location was perfect for catching the shuttle and being out of the busy areas. However I will say that we were not made aware ahead of time that we needed to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags with us, that would have been good to know before arriving. Our room was clean but had a really musty smell whenever we arrived, we later noticed a lot of mold on the ceiling of one of the closets and on air vents.

Very dirty

Carpet was very dirty and smelled musky. Unit needs updated badly. Don’t go if you want to be away from kids.

Great location, Very outdated

Needs to be updated REALLY bad. I felt like I was back in the 80’s because that is how old everything was. Pros: The location is great, A/C works really good. The staff is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: there was no hot water, only warm. The seating was yucky. I covered everything with sheets or towels before sitting. The inside of the kitchen cabinets had a horrible smell. The elevators were not cleaned the entire week we were there and smelled horrible.

Great location, price

Overall, the stay was good. We loved the view from our balcony. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. It could use an update though. Furniture and decor was dated. Some patio furniture cushions are falling apart. And not specific to the unit but to the property--elevators were in and out of service all week, the lobby area smelled terrible for a few days and it was disappointing that there were not more signs encouraging masks and reminding about social distancing in common areas and elevators--especially elevators.

Weekend stay

Exactly as advertised, clean with great view. Check in process a bit of a pain as must stop by another location to get keys and it’s on the most traffic congested stretch of highway. Place could use more dining ware and glases etc. but was a very good stay. Would rent again.

Good Condo in a Good Complex

The condo is pretty much as shown on the website. It is clean and well-maintained with a good gulf view from the balcony. There is plenty of parking and the pool area is nice. The back of the condo is on the lagoon with docks to fish from and a boat launch. The bed was comfortable and the AC works well. We have vacationed here before and enjoyed both visits very much.

We, husband and wife, daughter, son, and their children (in different units, but same building).

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was SO clean, well equipped, and well maintained. We have a motor home, and come down to Gulf in it, but we now hope to come back, soon, to this same unit. Just right and great location for us. Our son needed a bigger unit, as it was crowded for them with four children, but that was their fault, not yours. All of your staff was very nice and always helpful in answering questions.

Great place to stay. Good location. The condo was perfect. Very well equipped and very comfortable. We did have one issue. While the 3 of us ladies were in the condo, a male staff/janitorial person entered our room. Stated he thought we were checking out that day, when in fact we were not scheduled to check out the following day. He also said he knocked, but none of us heard him. So he came on in. It was quite disturbing to us.

Gulf shores surf and racquet was amazing as usual

We had a wonderful time, the condo was super clean and the BR staff was more than helpful. We arrived very late and I love that the office stays open till 11! Would definitely stay again and have recommended this complex to many people.

The condo was just as advertised.

We had a great stay. We had never been to Gulf Shores before, and we had a wonderful time . The location is great being away from the main part of the beach. The beach access was across the street, and we enjoyed walking on the beach ever chance we got. There were red flags out daily during our stay, but we still had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property to anyone. The owners have provide for your needs and comfort.

It was a great experience.

We had never stayed in Gulf Shores. We had a wonderful time. The condo where we stayed felt like home. There was a balcony that you could see the Gulf and the beach. The weather was perfect - no rain. Even though the wind was blustery, we enjoyed walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony for meals and reading. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with stove, a microwave, pots, pans,and utensils. There was a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, an ironing board, iron, a vacuum cleaner and broom, if needed. Everyone was helpful and courteous. We're looking forward to another vacation. We would recommend this unit to anyone. It was exactly as described.

Beach getaway

The condo was just as advertised and was right across the road from the beach, with a great balcony view! The place was clean and the pool for the complex was great! It was not fancy and the decor and furniture were a little out dated but was still a wonderful stay for our family of 4!
