Great vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix west. The location was great, within walking distance of everything we needed. The room was clean and decorated so cute. The staff in the office were super friendly and helpful. The large balcony allowed for great sunrise and sunset views. We’ll be back!

The view was outstanding! The bed was comfortable. It could use a little cleaning. The fans were super dusty. Kitchen needs a little restock. Only 1 glass. No wine glasses. Not much in the way of cookware if you plan on cooking.

Perfect For Weekend Getaway

Online description is accurate. Very comfortable room. Kitchen and bathroom essentials provided, fabulous view, and easy beach access. Only negative was some hair and a used conditioner bottle left in the bathtub. I cleaned it up before using but aside from that, everything else was good! I would stay here again.

Great Location!

I didn't realize this unit was on the 17th floor but the view was beautiful! We loved having the extra long balcony due to being on the top floor! Plan on some extra time waiting on the elevator. This property met our needs and we liked the location (close to shopping and dining within walking distance). My favorite part was staying right on the beach with the amazing view from the room (1701)!! Definitely a family friendly vacation deatination!!

Great location and would have been a nice place, but smelled like an ashtray.

Room smelled like an ashtray. Even the pillows. For this to me a non smoking place I was very disappointed. I let the management know, but they said there was nothing they could do. If your a smoker and don’t mind the smell this place is for you.

I was highly impressed with our rental. It was convenient to our needs. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was this older security guard on the premises. He was very rude when we asked questions and made my children very uncomfortable by staring at them. I didn't get the name of the security company, but I will find out and file a complaint.Besides that, our overall experience was great.

Quick Beach Trip

Location of the property is ideal close to the beach and shops. The room was clean except for a few things. There were some stained towels and bed sheets. Didn’t really care to see that. No dish soap which was very disappointing, you are to empty the trash and start dishwasher before you leave. That’s fine doesn’t bother mean but no dish soap to wash things in between I didn't enjoy that. Overall the room had a few knicks in tile and etc but to be expected. Never had to really speak with anyone in management so no complaints there. Everything in the room worked, great location, cleanliness was average, no dish soap was terrible. Other than that nice little spot on the beach.

As Described

Unit was as described. Kitchen counters were nicely updated but the rest could use some updating. Overall it was a nice experience, aside from not being able to use the nice large balcony because of a close neighbor who decided a good time for them included smoking weed throughout the day. It was drastically strong, if our balcony door was opened it lingered in the room. This wouldn't have been a problem had one of our members not have asthmatic issues and couldn't enjoy the beautiful view from the 17th floor. Front desk tried to help resolve but it was hard to find out what unit it was from.
