** Todos los muebles nuevos se agregaron a cada suite en el hotel Phoenix All Suites West en primera línea de playa en Gulf Shores, Alabama. Las amplias mejoras interiores se completaron en diciembre de 2016. **

Ubicada en la popular zona de West Beach de Gulf Shores, esta suite de un dormitorio y 1. 5 baños le ofrece fantásticas vistas desde su balcón frente al Golfo. Refréscate en la piscina y camina hacia la playa desde la terraza de la piscina.

Esta suite le ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada y sala de estar independiente. Para su comodidad, una cama King-size se encuentra en el dormitorio privado con baño conectado. Las literas para niños pequeños se encuentran en el pasillo al lado de un medio baño adicional.

Stinky

Decades old carpet and paint made this unit smell like it was from the forties. Had to buy deodorizers. Now all our clothes smell like that.

Great location

The location of the property is great. The room and building overall could use some updating and maintenance. When we arrived the main TV in the living room was broken and it took until the following day late in the afternoon for that to be taken care of which the communion for that was a little frustrating. However for the price we paid it was an overall great experience.

This was our second time returning to PASW. Nothing changed. It’s a nice location but the amenities are lacking. We arrived early, we knew we would have to wait so it wasn’t a huge deal, but at check in I was advised I would receive a text with the door code when the door was ready. 6pm rolls around and I’m still waiting for this text. I check my email and they emailed me the door code at 330pm. I was pretty annoyed about that as I have email notifications silenced and wasn’t actively checking my emails since I was told it would come in the form of a Text. We got to the room, everything was clean and orderly and we noticed the TVs didn’t work. Neither of them. They wouldn’t even power on. We called to report it and maintenance came up and said “one of the young guys will come up in the morning”. No one ever came back. Not having TVs was a bit of an annoyance as we had my MIL and she stayed back a few times to rest up, and had no TV, only the background noise of people on the front balcony and people above us moving their kitchen chairs around. The light in the small bathroom also flickered and sometimes just went completely out while in there. The shower water pressure was awful. At the same time, you get what you pay for and this was one of the cheapest options for being on the beach. If you plan to not be in the room much, it serves its purpose. If you’re seeking full amenities, this isn’t the place for you.

Nice location

The location was nice and the room was clean. One of the toilets wouldn’t work, but there was another one to use. The carpet in the bedroom could be cleaned(I hate carpet in hotels). The twin bunks were not that comfortable. Overall we had a really nice time in orange beach!

Overpriced and rundown, appears to no maintenance.

Very disappointed, dissatisfied and felt like I been robbed. Charged a premium, received rundown and not well maintained property. 1. Moldy bathroom roof, mold on shower curtain. 2. Leaky kitchen faucet. 3. Stained/Molded sink drain. 4. Missing and not working lights in bedroom and living room. 5. Balcony light not working. 6. “Clean room card” hung from 9am Wednesday till Thursday 4pm. Room never cleaned, till I went to office and talked to lady behind desk. I got clean towels myself from her. Then about 30 minutes later a lady came, only to empty trash and make beds with same sheets. No sweeping, vacuuming or any sort of cleaning was done...... I have pictures to show everything I listed. Will never stay at a Phoenix property again!

Pros: - the location of the hotel - the size and all the amenities in the room; the room was spotless . - the price for our room Cons: - the check in was delayed for 2h - we used the stairs to go down from the 6th floor, since it never stopped when called, had no problem going up to 6th floor but down.

Great location. Just what I wanted.

Much smaller than most I've stayed in. Two of us. Would have been tough for more than 2. Did appreciate the extra 1/2 bath. Ok for short term due to no washer/dryer. Furniture and cabinetry could use some fix up or replacing.

Everything was great. The view is to die for and everything is within walking distance. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff double checks that the dishes are in fact clean before putting them back in the cabinets for the next guest. We had to rewash all the dishes before using them. That was the only downfall. Everything else was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was just as promised.

The condo was very clean. And I appreciate the ability to only stay 2 nights, which is usually not the case when staying directly on the beach. The main reason I have it a 4 star review instead of 5, is simply because of the amount of people smoking on the balconies and other public spots (like the pool) when it clearly states this is a no smoking facility. The smoke continually crept into our unit. Overall, we were very pleased.

Nice layout of room and property and great location, right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay very well. Check in was quick and easy, room was beautiful and well kept. Had all the items in the kitchen that we need for our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. My youngest son loved the balcony and laid out there daily to listen to the ocean. Super cute condo. Will be booking again. My only suggestion would be for extra toilet paper under the cabinet and maybe a small bottle of dish soap, since we rarely had a full dishwasher to run.
