The house is in a quiet well established neighborhood & has a great view. It's condition and furnishings are as seen in the pictures. It is clean comfortable & well furnished. All you will need to bring are your suitcases with personal items. Please refer to prior guest reviews & ratings. They give a more accurate picture of this home and its contents. This guest was very inconsiderate and "less than courteous". They arrived late, were unfriendly & left the home without notice. It was unlocked with the all lights & air conditioners on. I was notified me by text 2 days after they departed!

Aloha Rick, Thank you for the great review. It was wonderful having you and your family as guests. I was happy to welcome you and introduce you to the home upon your arrival. My goal is to make each guest's experience as comfortable as possible, providing most items needed for a relaxing experience. I like to think of my home as a "home-away from home". A place where Guests feel serenity and comfort and only need to bring personal items with them leaving more space in suitcases for souvenirs and gifts to remind them of a pleasant & memorial time here in the islands. For viewers reading this review, at this home, you will find plenty of towels, beach towels, linens, basic soaps, some boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys, blow dryers, iron & ironing boards, a steamer, high chair & pack-n-play, many small appliances, dishes and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, double wide refrigerator and electric dishwasher. You also have the use of a high efficiency washer & dryer and along with many other things you might not realize you need until you are here and ready to cook or BBQ. The location is quiet, but close to freeway entrances going North, South, East & West. There is a little grocery & gas station a block away, a new shopping mall, 3 different theaters, marvelous beaches, a nice water park, Disney Aulani Hotel (A destination property), 3 different Luau venues, Island Trade-wind breezes from the Ocean. Enjoy coffee and breakfast as you watch the glorious sunrise or enjoy the sparkling evening city lights from the balcony in the evening. I'm so happy you enjoyed your time here! Thank you for coming!
