The home also features private driveway parking, with additional street parking available. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible to accommodate your travel plans.

This cozy and well-appointed home comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, featuring 2 inviting bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family members. The open-concept living area offers a comfy sofa, smart TV, and a dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for home-cooked meals. -Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)


Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.
