Check out Shores of Panama 620, a modern and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that can fit you and seven other people. We love this beautiful property for a couple's getaway, friend's reunion, family get-together, or work retreat in a beautiful and conveniently located place.

In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you can head to the modern kitchen and put on the coffee pot. Prepare some breakfast for your guests using the spacious granite countertops, cutting up some fresh fruit and serving it on the breakfast bar for 4. You can use the new amenities, like the stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, kettle, and freezer to make buttermilk pancakes, filling omelets with fresh vegetables, or cold cereal for the kids in the group. Even if you don't like getting up early or cooking, this modern and functional kitchen is simple and easy to use!

If you are up before everyone else, bring your cup of coffee to the private outdoor deck space to have a moment of peace before the day begins. Sit out here on one of the lounge chairs and watch the bright yellow sun come up over the water in the foreground. You are just steps away from the beach, so the unobstructed views are arguably the best part of staying in this modern and spacious home.

If you want to chill out and relax before a full day of shredding the waves and building sandcastles, then it might be time to sit on one of the cozy couches and watch a quick TV show before packing your beach bag. The living room features two cozy leather couches, a large coffee table for propping up your feet or placing your book, and a comfortable wicker chair that is the ideal perch for reading a book.

Are you feeling tired after a long day of being on the beach and wandering around the vibrant coastal town, it might be time for an afternoon nap. This spacious and cozy condo features two bedrooms that are plenty big for you to relax, spread out, get a great night of sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

You can claim the king master suite with plush bedding, plump pillows, and cozy linens that are soft against your sun-burned skin. This master suite features a large flatscreen TV for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water. You can also use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.

Thus was a beautiful condo and perfect for our family! The condo was as shown. The unit was clean but could use a good, deep clean. We would definitely stay again!

Fun week!

The condo was beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. We enjoyed the beautiful view. Our only complaint is the parking garage is not easy to navigate. Also, it would be nice if the extra $90 for parking and amenities could be included in the up front payment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend.

Loved it!!

Everything was awesome! We highly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and smelled incredible!! The scenery was gorgeous with views of the ocean and pool area. I would absolutely recommend 620 to anyone and everyone. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10!!

Beautiful room and great location

This room was perfect! I love that the parking garage wasn't across the street from the actual room, that we actually had an assigned parking spot, and the assigned spot was on the same floor as our room. Game changer all the way around! No waiting for elevators with arm loads of stuff. The room itself was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, updated décor, and just a nice homey feel. The security at this place was outstanding! There were multiple guards and staff walking the grounds at all times. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing stay! We'll definitely be back!!

Great time!

We loved the sunset view from this unit! It accommodated our family of 8 well. And the beds were very comfortable. While the unit was gorgeously decorated, it could use a better cleaning in between guests. We found a Jell-O shot under the living room chair and while trying to plug in a cell phone charger, i found trash behind the master bed nightstand. Our biggest complaint was the bathroom towels. They look like they’ve been used a million times and are super thin. They need to be replaced. Also, the coffee maker will not work unless you take the old filter out. Overall, it was a great stay! Just bring your own bath towels.

Dirty Room/Great resort!

When we checked into our room the cleaning person was still there. She was in a hurry. The floors of the condo were so dirty. We had to sweep after the room was cleaned. The deck floor and furniture were disgustingly dirty. We had to leave a towel out to wipe our feet everytime we came in. The condo had stack washer and dryer, not full size. At the end of our stay we had to pay $125 for a broken lamp that was already broken. If you rent this condo, bring cleaning supplies and take pictures of everything. The pool was great, very cold, however the grandkids liked it. The beach was amazing!

Good location but busy with lots of folks

The condo looks amazing online with photos. Upon arrival it was clean however had a much smaller kitchen and living space than represented in photos. We were thankful to be on the 6th floor since elevators where packed and in use at all hours. We resorted to the stairs on most days. We did have issues by day 2 with the AC in the condo. Had to call it in 2 x before someone was able to fix it hours before we left on day 4. Thankful we were there in October with issues verse July. Linens that were provided were clean but worn out with whole in bath towels. Location to the beach is nice but very busy since another larger unit across the street filters into this area as well. The parking spot to this unit was ideal. We made the most out our of long weekend.
