Beautiful view

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was great and absolutely perfect. The staff was always kind and our kids had the best time in the pools and we felt safe there. Great room and great stay!

Memorial Day stay

This was a great little condo on the beach! The property has everything you need for grilling, swimming, beaching and relaxing. The beaches weren’t overly crowded, and the front desk was more than accommodating. Only issue we ran into was the allotted one parking pass, and the condo sleeps 4.

Perfect little condo on the beach

My husband and I stayed 4 nights for a short birthday tril and it was exactly what we needed! Condo was clean and had most everything we needed. If I had to list a negative it would be lack of kitchen items (spatula, non stick pans) and the DVD player had no remote (with no buttons on player) so we couldn’t use that at all and the dryer was not working correctly, we had a small load of towels and suits and we had to restart dryer 3 times to get everything dry. Loved the easy access to the beach and that it’s not directly over the pool so outside sound was minimal. We loved the patio furniture and enjoyed eating breakfast out by the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room!

We were very dissatisfied with this unit. It needs a good top to bottom cleaning. The bathroom was bad. The exhaust fan was falling from the ceiling causing debris to fall on the toilet. The cabinet needs a good cleaning. We would not stay again.

Beware

The unit was in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and nearby dining. Check in went smoothly! However the unit needs a deep cleaning! All of the ceiling vents are covered in mold/mildew, furniture needs a cleaning, found cobwebs all over the place. One afternoon, we were resting and someone claiming to be the front desk entered our unit without notice, he did not knock or ring the bell, when my husband questioned him he walked away. I asked the front desk about it and the young girl just said audits were being completed and didn't have anything more to say about the situation. That left a bad taste and had us feeling unsafe and uneasy!! Unsure if we will stay at the Phoenix III again.

Positives - wonderful location , furnishings and linens were newer and very clean . Amenities were nice and all common areas always very clean Negatives - kitchen cabinets and other surfaces throughout condo really needed cleaned / wiped down - I expected more this early in the season . We had issue w broken 80s vacuum that dropped slithers of glass on the floor and a microwave where that the plate didn’t spin which made it impossible to use wo overheating the simplest thing and although they responded shirt 24 hours and said they would mark it urgent it still wasn’t resolved when we checked out 3 days later we received an email on our drive home that said sorry those issues were the owners and they’d have to order replacements and is why nothing could be done - very poor and lack of communication on their part

Love Orange Beach But Surprising Disappointments

We have always loved and enjoyed Orange Beach, and Phoenix Properties. This year our visit was disappointing, though. The condo was run-down, duck tape kept the kitchen counter together, the dishwasher didn't work and we got no response after requesting it on several occasions. One elevator was broken more than not, and for a good period of time both were with no elevator available. Family loves the racquet ball court and pool amenities but alas after this experience I will think twice about staying there again.

Location, location, location

The condo on the beach had great views and easy access to a beautiful beach. The chair & umbrella rental was convenient and appreciated. We enjoyed a couple of restaurants in walking distance and the Gulf Shore State Park was easy to access from here.
