Our strict house rules to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests.

// Check-In & Check-Out //
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in, late check-out or pre-checkin luggage storage may be available only upon request. Please note it is not guaranteed.

// General //
• Adult supervision is required for children on property at ALL times indoors & outdoors, including hot tub and game room.
• No extra/overnight guests other than those stated on your reservation. Please discuss with us regarding daytime guests.
• No mail/packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick-up. Groceries/food deliveries are acceptable.
• No pets. Please inform us if you have a service animal or emotional support animal. Failure to disclose subject to fine.

// Community Disturbance //
• No excessive noise/music from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please bring conversations/activities indoors during quiet hours.
• No parties/events/gatherings (more than capacity of the house). Please no bachelor/bachelorette stays.
• No smoking of any kind on the property.
• Violation to any of these rules after warning may result in $1,000 fine and your reservation terminated immediately.

// Furnishings & Appliances //
• No shoes inside the property.
• Please unplug all unused appliances, hair tools, laptop chargers, etc. from socket when leaving the home, including turning off the stove, oven, AC/heater.
• To prevent breaking the AC unit, please do not set the temperature below 67°F.
• No moving/rearranging furniture.
• No unplugging electronics like TVs, WiFi router, security cameras, etc.
• No trash, glass containers, or sharp objects allowed in or around the hot tub area. Adhere to rules posted by the hot tub and use at own risk.
• Tampering or damage to any amenity, electronics or equipment will be subject to a $500 fine, and in accordance with the damages and necessary repairs.

**We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund if any of these rules are broken.**

Before you arrive, the booker will be asked to complete a quick guest verification of themself through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to purchase a $35 damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.

• Please note our home is located next to a residential street.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM- 7 AM. Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
• One bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest (more available upon request).
• Trash collection: Mondays
• Street sweeping: Every Wednesday from 12-4 PM. No street parking is allowed during this period. The guest is liable for any incurred citations or fees.
• The front driveway fits 4 cars comfortably. The backyard is also available for parking upon check-in by use of gate clicker.
• Hot tub maintenance & trash service are done weekly on Sunday & Monday. The professional(s) will access the backyard via the gates.
• A Minut noise-detecting monitor is located centrally in the Living Room. It alerts in response to excessive noise over an extensive period of time (such as loud music, shouting or potential parties). It will not be triggered by household sounds such as TV or babies crying. It does not record audio or video.
