Situado en la popular zona este de la playa de Gulf Shores éste un dormitorio y una suite baño de media que ofrece fantásticas vistas desde su balcón frente al golfo. Enfriar en la piscina y caminar a la playa desde la terraza de la piscina. Esta suite ofrece una cocina completa y sala de estar separada. Para su comodidad, una cama king size se encuentra en la habitación privada con baño de conexión. Las literas para los niños pequeños se encuentran en el pasillo junto a un adicional de ½ baño. Esta sala se encuentra en la esquina este del edificio que le ofrece una vista panorámica de la zona.

Not what we expected, disappointed to say the least.

Fairly clean, appliances were suspect at best need to be updated.. Bath tub drain did not work.. Anybody that would have cleaned it would have known to call maintenance. Patio door lock did not work. You cal thus a hotel and you would not even supply pictures of the rooms after I made a reservation. All hotels have photos of the rooms , so there are no surprises . The receptionist was curt and not friendly. So many rules, we may as well cleaned the room for you. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Only one elevator worked two of the days we were there. The mattress cover on the pull out bed was filthy. Clean towels were only provided one day of our 3 day stay.

The property was very clean. Check in was easy. Great location to the Hang Out. The outside door whistles when it is windy is my only complaint. The building could use some paint, especially by the elevators in the parking area. Elevators worked fine.

NEEDS UPDATING

Room was really outdated from the bathroom to the kitchen, in my opinion it would be difficult for more than 4 people to stay very long in such close quarters. Elevator was super slow and you area right next to the hangout and the pink pony pub which makes it really loud at night

Check in not great

My daughter and I got there about 3 and was told our room was not ready ( I new check-in was not until 5 pm but sometimes they will allow you to check in early). They said they would call as soon as it was ready. I called them back at 5:15 to inquire about room and was told “ oh yeah it’s been ready, we forgot to call” . We were already tired after a 5 hour drive. I was quite irritated.

Enjoyed our stay even with the COVID-19 going on. Had to cut it 1 day short with the beaches closing and shutdown of rentals. We will be back.

Good location for walking but noisy.

Clean but showing signs of wear. Furniture was not comfortable. Mattress needed replacing. Extremely noisy at night, even on the eighth floor the street sounds were so loud we could not sleep. Ocean view was great.

Enjoyable and accommodating!

We really liked the condo and it's location. You are an easy walk to most importantly, the beach; but also many souvenir shops and restaurants. The view is absolutely the best. And location of the room was fine as long as the elevators are working (one of two elevators was not working which we were discounted but should have been more in my opinion). However, I would suggest finding out such info prior if staying on a high floor. And it's a long wait when everyone uses same elevator. It's a long walk to the 8th floor. Cynthia, manager on duty at arrival, was great. Helpful with everything. The cleaning staff also very friendly. We are ready to go back. Gulf shores was a great getaway for us.
