We provide plenty of fresh towels, extra blankets, and other essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the private backyard. You will also have access to the two-car garage for parking. Entry is convenient and secure with a unique smart lock code provided for easy self-check-in.

You'll enjoy easy access to the interstate, making travel a breeze, and you're also just a short drive from the vibrant downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. Explore local shops, dine at nearby restaurants, and experience the unique character of this welcoming neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Interstate 49 and Hwy 71B are very close by.

Smoking - No smoking allowed.



Pets - Pets are not allowed.



Events - Events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.



Minimum Age - The minimum age to book is 21 years old. Photo ID may be required at check-in.



Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
