La unidad se ha actualizado recientemente y tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia agradable. Imagínese sentado en este balcón con vista a las aguas verde esmeralda y sintiendo la fabulosa brisa del golfo en su cara. Y no podemos decir lo suficiente sobre la maravillosa vista.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Nuestras unidades de condominios son para no fumadores y The Nautilus es una propiedad libre de mascotas.

BEACH FRONT HAVEN!

I loved this condo! Location, beach front, and style. Clean and functional. I will come back again and stay right here. Everything I needed and it was very comfortable. Washer and dryer was amazing to have.

Great View - Needs TLC

The oceanfront view was great. Second floor condo so view was over the dunes. The bed slept good but the unit needs some TLC. Rusted lamps, knobs off cabinets, slow drains in bathroom. The appliances were up to date. The staff in the on-site management office was very nice and checkin was easy. Would stay in this building again.

Reviewer Comments: The property overall was good, the people at check in were extremely friendly and allowed us to go in our unit an hour or two early, which we appreciated. We had an amazing trip, our biggest complaint were the beds, they were awful, it felt like sleeping on a rock, our daughter chose to sleep on the couch the entire trip. The toilets were a little awkward, sitting very low to the floor; otherwise we have no complaints. The beach service was great every day!

Some of the pictures doesn't due this unit justice, for instance, the chairs on the balcony, they are well made and sit up high, one review read there was no table, you don't need a table, the arms on these chairs are wide enough to sit a drink on them and not fall off, we enjoyed this unit so much we reserved it again before we checked out and the office personnel communicate with you very good and keep you informed, if you have any questions or concerns you can go talk to them in person, the kitchen is well equipped with good cookware, and it is well kept ,we have been going to Ft, Walton since 2015 and the nautilus is the best by far especially this unit, thanks for a very good vacation. p.s the view is just like sitting on the beach

Week long stay

Needed a place to stay for one week for a dance convention. We picked Nautilus for their location to ECCC and they had a pool and gulf access. We had immediate contact with the rental office from day 1, they even called when our place was ready since we were arriving sooner than 4pm (17 hour drive). Check in was a breeze and we got a ton of coupons for area attractions and restaurants (which we used! Thanks!!) The pictures looked like the place, minus a few details. They had everything we needed and then some (toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryers). The place needs some updates, all minor and were left on the surgery left in the unit. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! Place felt safe, area is very clean, and staff was very hospitable. Love sitting on the balcony watching the waves, dolphins in the morning, and the shark on the shore the one afternoon. The dunes outside the balcony can not be walked on, saw way too many people doing it daily, need more signage stopping people from damaging them! Loved the beach service, but get their early as some families were claiming 6 chairs. Pool was clean and everyone was super friendly with each other. Parking was plentiful. Downfall: thin walls. Our first night we listened to the couple next door in 1206 fight for hours. Midweek we had a new family in the same unit slamming doors and screaming at 7am (kids).

Check in was seamless. The view from our balcony was stunning and the distance to the beach was perfect! The unit was clean and comfortable and the included beach service was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Nautilus to friends and family. Hope to make it back next year!

Family Spring Break!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic 6 night stay here for a family spring break with my wife and our two boys (6 & 4 years old). Perfectly sized condo for a family of 4 with young kids and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! Unit was in great condition and the property is well maintained overall with a very helpful staff. The beach speaks for itself and the beach service is definitely a huge plus. We spent our days lounging on the beach and soaking up the sun, and spent our nights either checking out different spots around FWB/Destin or simply enjoying some more quality family time in the condo and eating in/grilling out (3 community charcoal grills for use if you are a big grilling fanatic like me!). Only possible compliant I have is the pool is stuck in the shade with where it is located, which made it cold for the kids given the time of the year (mid-March), but let's be honest we came for the beach and not the pool. Overall it was an incredible stay and I'm sure we will be back again next year for our 3rd year in a row!
