La unidad 1201 en el Nautilus es una unidad grande y espaciosa. Nos sentamos justo encima de las dunas, así que te sientes como si estuvieras en la playa cuando relajarse en el balcón. Hemos estado trabajando duro para asegurar que usted tendrá un condominio moderno y cómodo para su visita a la Costa Esmeralda! En marzo de 2015 remodelamos la cocina para asegurar su comodidad durante sus vacaciones. Pero si no estás de humor para cocinar hay tantos mariscos finos y restaurantes finos cerca de restaurantes que ni siquiera puedes pensar en comidas caseras! Nos encanta sentarse en el balcón al atardecer con una copa de vino y viendo las olas. Después de un día de natación, paddle embarque y bombardeo es un momento de respiro de bienvenida antes de prepararse para explorar los restaurantes y vida nocturna en nuestra zona. También está a sólo 10 minutos en coche a Destin para ir de compras y deportes acuáticos. Nos encanta nuestra pequeña isla tranquila y el Nautilus y estamos seguros de que también!

2nd stay was just as nice as the 1st.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd year in a row that we stayed here. It did not disappoint. We really liked that the balcony was so close to the crossover bridge. We could see members of our party going and coming. We were so close to the beach. We also enjoyed the back balcony and could see our grandchildren in the pool. They took advantage of us throwing towels a short distance to them. We enjoyed the whole experience.

We stayed many times at destin and fort walton area, this is far best we stayed in, clean, hospitality, the beach, the pool the condo equipped with everything you need for pleasure great and awesome vacation. Plenty of space two full bathroom in case the boss, the queen and the wife need her own bathroom, lol, the best that is out the world is the balcony and the view of the beach. Just sitting there early morning or late night just listening to the beach and the wave ohhh. That's is great and you need that balcony big and spacious and this balcony it is it goes around the building from the side. You will absolutely love this place and you will never forget it or regret it.

First stay in area.

First time to Destin area. Loved being at the beach level. The unit was nice. Well stocked. Beds were good. Updated baths were great. Could use new smaller furnishings in living room. I would stay there again.

Great condo! Exactly as pictured. Easy access to walkway to beach. We took advantage of their beach towels and beach tote. They also offered a small cooler. I always order Walmart delivery when we get there. They offered to accept delivery and put frozen items and refrigerator items in fridge. It was great not having to wait for delivery Condo was clean and furniture comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Sunday Very Early Construction Noise and Bathroom Ants

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew going in that construction would be happening, but had been told it should be on the other side of the complex during our brief weekend stay in Feb. So when it started directly outside our condo on Sat morning at 6:30am we chalked it up to the nice discount we had received and the vagaries of construction work. But, when we started hearing hammers and loud talking at 6:30am on Sunday, we were unpleasantly surprised. Sunday is not a traditional construction work day and to start loudly so early was very inconsiderate. As we had our coffee on the balcony enjoying the incredible view, we had painters right off it on their scaffolding. Our college age girls were freaked out by the many ants in their bathroom. They ended up using ours most of the time. It was just for a three night stay over a weekend, so we tried killing them ourselves and then mentioned them when we checked out. The view was breathtaking and the condo very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: This condo does have million dollar views, very clean and spacious. easy access to the pool and beach. only issue was the TV's in the bedrooms. the master bedroom TV was not very clear and finding the correct remotes was a fun game. the TV in the 2nd bedroom was so small it was hard to see the screen. those are very minor things overall i give it 5 stars and would recommend this to anyone including myself in the future

Love this property! It feels like you are sitting on the dunes and you don't even have to leave the balcony! 2nd stay in this location and I'll be back for a 3rd. Cons: Needs new master bedroom mattress and smart Tvs would be nice for when you have downtime

Our code wouldn't work upon arrival and it was after hours, however the supervisor was super nice and got it fixed instantly! It was clean and we would def stay there again!
