Nautilus 1606 tiene un envoltorio completo alrededor de balcón que ofrece increíbles vistas sobre la mirada de las aguas esmeralda del Golfo de México. Amueblado con hermosos muebles de color playero para relajarse. Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Checking in was extremely easy. All instructions were email and texted prior to our arrival. We arrived much earlier than anticipated so we planned on going to the beach while we waited for our unit. Fortunately for us the unit was ready and we went right up to unpack. The carts to assit with luggage were a huge help! 1606 was such an amazing room. Very clean, well stocked and the view of the Gulf is indescribable. We didnt utilize the kitchen much but from snooping through the cabinets it appeared as if they would have anything necessary. The master beadroom had the best views with large floor to ceiling sliding doors. We slept with the shades open so we could wake up to the sunrise on the ocean. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed many more. The beach service was very convenient and the beach was never crowded. 100/10 would recommend!

We had a good time staying

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love our stay at Nautilus and this is our second time to stay in this condo. We have a problem though when we got there, the condo will not open with the given code. We arrived after office hour and there is no reception on site. We have to call. It took the agents more than an hour to sort out what to do and finally told us we can get the key just right by the door too with a code. Though we were able to get inside we feel disappointed that we traveled for more than 8 hours and we are tired and looking forward to sit and relax and that happened and it was so hot outside waiting. Also be aware that the bathroom shower by the main bedroom clogged when we were there. We noticed the water was draining too slow and eventually clogged and was not able to use the shower for the night. Glad there is another full bathroom. I gave 4 stars overall because of the issues we encounter. The view was fantastic in this unit though. It was clean and have everything we needed from cooking pots, utensils, beach towels etc. Still highly recommended to book and stay in Nautilus!

AMAZING VACATION RENTAL

The view cannot be beat- waking up in the master to a gorgeous sunrise! The porch is huge and the ice-maker in the unit is so thoughtful! Has everything you need for a great vacation and the master bath upgrade is beautiful. They even accepted a grocery order for me and put it away prior to arrival!! Love this unit and will keep coming back.

Reviewer Comments: great location the staff was very nice and communicative.The unit was pretty clean, however the furniture is definitely in need of updating..the beds were very uncomfortable & forget about sitting on the living room furniture for an afternoon nap or to watch tv & unwind very old and broken down. Some items available for use in kitchen were not working (blender & margarita machine) balcony furniture old as well but functional. Would stay at property again but not this unit without updates.

My best vacation yet!

I’ve been all over the emerald coast in several different condos. This one was by far the most convenient. Hardly ever a wait for the elevator, easy, plentiful, parking. Convenient location. Short walk to the beach. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The building was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again

The pool was very small for the size of the hotel. It could have used a bigger pool. The neighbors above us was very loud all night and kelp us up all night, and the neighbors a couple of doors down got in a argument in the wee early hours and the cops came because of them. But the hotel was overall clean and in a nice area. I would stay there again and hope for better neighbors.

Great location

Love that the umbrella and chairs at the beach came with the condo. Disliked a weird smell when you first walk-in to the condo. Outdated furniture and kitchen cabinets as well as bathrooms. The master bedroom comforter had a stain on it and food and leftover food in the night stand draws. Cleaning crew came to change it out but just walked into the condo with no knocking or anything to announce their arrival. Wrap around balcony was perfect. Could see the dolphins in the morning. Perfect location to the beach. Probably wouldn’t stay at this condo again but possibly another one in the same building.

Wonderful Winter Stay

Dolphins and manta rays.

We hit at a perfect time sunrises and sunsets over the gulf easily viewed from the balcony. We were also greeted daily with dolphins, herons osprey and manta rays in addition to normal shorebirds. The nature was great but the condo and staff were perfect. Unit 1606 was so perfect for our loves. Access to the beach was simple as was accessto the pool. To be fair the condo is a little older and the furniture is not brand new, but the price was appropriate.

Love rhe View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony is the best part of the condo. We spent many hours looking at the white sand and blue water. Once the sun set we gazed at thr stars from the balcony. The unit was cleaned well. We were disappointed to find out that the sliding glass doors from the master bedroom did not open. The washing machine had mildew on the gasket inside the machine. Everything else worked well. We appreciated the beach service. The Nautilus property is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A convenience store was a quick walk away. We are looking forward to staying at Nautilus again soon and definitely recommend Nautilus for anyone who wants to enjoy the gulf coast

Cockroach Infestation Nightmare :Property Mngmt Unsatisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paid a month in advance to Nautilus Rentals prior to arrival on May 16th. At that time and no time after were we notified of the roach problems that have repeatedly been treated in the unit, which would have afforded us the opportunity to cancel or reschedule the reservation. We were caught quite off guard when we discovered the bugs in the ice maker, on counter tops, on floor and particularly when lights were turned off! We killed on average 20+ roaches daily before and after the unit was sprayed (by your own staff and then by professional pest control) We have been regular visitors to this unit and other units at Nautilus since 1999 with NO previous issue regarding roaches or bugs for that matter. So in good faith we trusted that the unit would be clean and bug free, especially after opening up after the Pandemic year of COVID-19. An infestation of roaches ism not only a health hazard but additional stress even with something as simple as meal preparation-wash all cooking and eating utensils prior to use, keeping all food within direct eyesight during preparation so as small baby roaches don't crawl from underneath countertop into fresh food being prepared on counter, and even when serving food for the meal making sure it is NOT left on stovetop or counter uncovered. We were unable to store ANY closed condiments or baking preparations in cabinets as we have in the past. And no fresh fruit could we leave out on counter for fear of finding bugs on it. EVERYTHING we brought for cooking had to be kept either in large plastic sealed boxes or stored in the refrigerator. Even cereal had to be put away, in this case stored in freezer because we had no more room in the plastic boxes! Preparing to leave we had to carefully inspect everything we packed away in the kitchen and even in luggage. Our luggage from the trip we kept in our Garage tightly sealed in a large garbage sack for two weeks! Condo Rental Manager was to investigate & get back to us-still hasn't.

Had we had to stay one more day, we would’ve went and bought our own pillows. So FYI. Everything else was great!
