Unidad 1504 en el Nautilus es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar! Yo y mi hija siempre hemos disfrutado de The Nautilus y sabemos que usted también lo hará. Nuestra unidad está recién actualizada con un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 Queens en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama moderno. La cocina y los dos baños fueron remodelados en 2014. Pero lo que más nos gusta es el enorme balcón. Pasamos todo nuestro tiempo allí ... ¡mi hija incluso duerme allí cuando el clima es cálido! El Nautilus comenzó un programa de Estancia limpia en 2014 para que pueda estar seguro de que su condominio es agradable y limpio. ¡Incluso hemos implementado edredones para que puedas tener cubiertas limpias TODAS las veces!

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Nuestras unidades de condominios son para no fumadores y The Nautilus es una propiedad libre de mascotas.

A little smaller than expected judging by the pictures but overall very fun place. Easy checkout instructions, right on the ocean, and we were able to see the fireworks from our balcony

Even though we arrived after office hours, we got a parking spot and easy access to our room. The view was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The water was warm and clear. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Fort Walton Beach was family friendly with easy access to everything.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Staff was great in communication before arrival and after departure for our stay at The Nautilus. Unit was very nice with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Unit along with entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved easy access to beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Great Family Get Away

Loved that we had a private balcony just wish it had a fan out there but enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and helpful and we really liked that beach chairs and umbrella were included. Also nice to have an ice chest and other beach things in the condo.

The room above was being worked on from 8 am until 3 ish. I came to relax take naps and rest.. that was a no due to the drilling or banging right above are bed.

Great location..needs a little TLC

Unit was comfortable and we liked some of the furniture /TVs . It was a bit rough in some areas and needed some TLC. Kitchen has some issues with cabinets, the counter top backsplash was delaminating and coming apart, and the light was out in the refrigerator. The complex elevator was broken off and on during the week and seemed to cause issues with the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the owners should do some off season repairs. Thanks

Condo needs a ton of updates

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front desk was nice and yes the condo had a nice view. But that was about it. The begs all sagged, the shower curtains were rusty, fridge leaked, floors disgustingly dirty, outside patio furniture was dingy, dirty and stained. Cracks in the ceiling and all over the condo. The tv in the master bedroom would shut off randomly and never turn back on. Just not impressed. The whole condo needs updated. Called for service twice on the fridge and no one showed up so it just leaked all over the kitchen.

Check in was easy. Condo was very clean and roomy for 4 adults. Excellent beach access. Had my groceries delivered before I arrived and the staff put them away for me. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Nautilus and it will not be our last. The reservation and check in process was a breeze. They kept in contact with me over email and text. The condo was absolutely stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony overlooking the ocean except for the ones where we are out. I loved having two different doors to get onto the balcony. The condo was clean and had more dishes/supplies than any other condo I have ever stayed at. We didn't have any issues while there so I never had to even contact them. I am already ready to go back and I hope I can get this same condo next time. We used the beach service while we were there which comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were also beach toys in the closet right by the front door that we were able to use and we even added to it and left some toys for the next people staying there. Hands down the best place we have stayed while visiting Florida. We love how close the condo is to the Okaloosa Island Pier!
