Esta casa de ciudad recientemente renovada de 3 habitaciones, 3 y ½ baños promete lujo frente al golfo sin el ambiente del complejo ocupado. El interior cuenta con una elegante decoración contemporánea con muebles de alta gama y detalles de buen gusto en todo. Los colores neutros complementan hermosos pisos de madera y grandes ventanales. Hay 3 niveles amplios en Seaside Pointe. La sala de estar cuenta con acceso directo al balcón del segundo piso con una escalera al balcón más grande y al acceso a la playa a continuación. Su cocina gourmet ha sido equipada con un nuevo refrigerador de lado a lado, cocina a gas, microondas, lavaplatos y un montón de utensilios de cocina para la comodidad de su hogar. La suite principal con vista al golfo con una ducha de vidrio hecha a la medida y el segundo dormitorio es un sueño para los niños con una litera incorporada con un baño solo para los niños con su propio combo de bañera / ducha. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The biggest plus was, of course, the location and the reasonable price. WE loved being on the beach and bonus - Things we loved about the home:The layout was great. My mother was on the 1st floor. The kitchen and living room were on the second floor, and my husband and I were on the third floor. There was plenty of room for us all. Beds were comfy. Plenty of bathroom towels for us. Loved that there was a washer/dryer and well-stocked items for the beach. They did have box fans, which we all slept with, but we wish it had been mentioned on the listing, as that would have saved us a lot of room in the cars.

Could not have asked for a better location!! Step right off your private deck onto the sand, or enjoy the waves while sipping coffee from the large balcony with plenty of seating. Everything was stocked perfectly, from kitchen to bathrooms to beach gear. Laundry room in the garage, which made it easy to load all of our gear the night before leaving as we washed our clothes. The one issue we had, property management responded within minutes, We will definitely stay at this location again!

Location - Unit - The location is unmatched. Away from the crowds, walk right off the deck into the sand, plenty of space to set up by the water. The unit, however, really needs work. The couches are extremely uncomfortable, beds are worn in, and our ceiling leaked by the bunk room for a while one night. The WiFi is spotty at best and the cable channel options are different in each room. If the unit were to be upgraded, we’d stay again, but not until then.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s right on the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. I loved having a shower on the first level to rinse off the salt water and sand after coming in from the beach. Management was always on top of communicating with us and even helping us out when we had a special request. Very impressed and would stay here again!

Location was amazing, property management was easy to work with.Property itself had some minor wear issues like some water damage spots and tile grout missing. Nothing that really impacted our stay though.The set up was perfect for our group and direct access to the beach was amazing. Would stay here again

Worst customer service!

We went on vacation with our small children (22 months, 17 months & 2 months) & decided to stay one more night. The location we were staying at was unavailable for one more night so we found this place the day before. We had to go search for a ups store so we could physically print the paperwork out & send them pictures instead of an online option, they then told us we could check in between 4-6 & called to say it would be an additional 1-2 hours, I told them we needed in the house & needed to get our kids ready for bed & the customer service woman got very rude. We then took the kids to the beach to wait on a phone call with our check in code & it wasn’t sent until almost 7:30 & no one would answer my phone calls. We got to the house & another group was pulled up getting ready to head inside & after talking to them they were the owners who had no idea it had even been rented & had planned to go there themselves. As previously stated we got our code close to 7:30 saying it was ready to check in to & when we got there the cleaners were still working!!! Meanwhile, no one with the booking company would answer or call me back. We finally asked the cleaners to leave as it was close to 8 pm & way past our kids bedtime. The pictures glorify this place entirely too much. It smelled, there were so many things the pictures didn’t show which I will attach below. The only plus was that it was right on the beach & a beautiful view & the owners were very kind & tried to help.

Overall Okay

Before I start I wanted to say the communication with the condo rental managers was excellent! Some photos on the listing are not truly accurate for this place. The condo could use some major updates. The ceiling on two of the levels was sagging and had been patched but not repaired. Upon arrival a couch leg was broken, shower seal was ripped off, part of the flooring was cracked under the stove and I had to go buy new pillows at Walmart. I sent all photos to management and they offered to come fix things but we have children and I didn’t want people in and out during our stay. The lampshades were absolutely dirty. However the location was brilliant! Such a nice patio and you can’t beat staying right on the beach in such a quiet neighborhood. The water shower and hose before you get to the deck is helpful. If you have trucks, consider the parking which is tight. This place could actually charge more if they would just update and do some repairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. June 2025

Misleading Description

According to the rental description this unit has been newly renovated and updated with stylish contemporary decor and high end furnishings…not exactly sure those are words i would use to describe it! Quite a few of the furnishings were broken, cracked or ripped. There was also some water damage on the ceiling in the dining area. They did have newer major appliances, however they skimped on the smaller ones, namely a coffee maker, and we are coffee drinkers!! I even expressed to the property management on the other hone that it was not working properly and they stated they would get ut replaced that evening or first thing the next morning…that didn’t happen! The deck and patio is very nice however they could use a bit of upgrading as well with some not so rickety beach chairs and maybe some sort of privacy screens upstairs and down from neighboring units. The “backyard” walkway to the beach has been extremely neglected and could use some manicuring! The unit was clean and comfortable for the most part since we we’re pretty much just sleeping there, but a little bit of love shown to it could really go a long way in people actually wanting to spend time there with loved ones!!

Location was perfect!

Had the best, most relaxed time at this place. We didn’t have a car so there were a few walkable places that we enjoyed, but being able to just go back and forth from the beach to the house was incredible, especially with 4 kids. The place was light on supplies so we had to buy our own paper towels and such, but overall a fantastic stay. Plenty of room for everyone and we all loved it!

Over all good

The only complaints we had we noticed during day 2 while cleaning. The rug downstairs was very dirty and behind the couches weren’t swept at all. The hot water only lasted about 8 minutes which also sucked. And the knifes are terrible please buy a new set. And a bigger frying pan/skillet there was only 1 medium sized one, and the cast iron pan so that put a damper on cooking on the stove. Aside from those things the view was awesome and the beach was pretty private. It was good enough for what we were there for and the small inconveniences weren’t enough to complain about.

Amazing location but….

This beach home was beautiful. It was nice because we had a large number of family members and we all felt like we had plenty of room. The location is amazing, all we had to do was walk out the back door and we were on the beach. We did have some issues with supplies. We were given the bare minimum number of trash bags (only 2) for an entire week with 7 people. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no paper towels or hand soap, enough dish soap for two loads of dishes, and a sample size for one load of laundry. We spent more money than expected on very basic supplies in order to keep everything clean in the week we were there. Everything else was excellent.

Great location, needs renovating

The location of this townhome is absolutely perfect. There is little traffic on the road and it was easy to get here from the airport. The beach was also amazing mostly because it was right outside the back door but there were also very few people around. The decking and chairs on the patio were great as they seemed to be fairly new. The townhome though is in great need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and just about everything else seemed about 30 years old. The kitchen was very hard to use with the sink tucked in a corner with about 6 inches of space to stand if the dishwasher door was open. The wifi was basically non-existent to the point where devices wouldn't stay connected and we couldn't stream anything (like Netflix) from the TVs. This was a challenge in the evenings. It was a little strange nearly sharing a patio with our neighbors. There is a barrier between the connected patios that looks like a shipping pallet which doesn't do much for privacy. You could hear every conversation from the neighbors and smell their cigarette (tobacco and otherwise) smoke pretty much the whole time. They were extremely vulgar and we have small children so it was highly inappropriate. I would probably stay at another townhome at this property but not this one. I would expect more for how expensive it was. They need to spend some money this winter and give this place an update. It would make a huge difference.

Overall, great stay!

The location itself is worth the money!! The inside of the townhouse was also nice. The ONLY complaint I have, the couches in the pictures are not the ones that are in the unit. They were not comfortable and seemed a little worn. Not that we stayed inside a lot. But that would be my only complaint. The rug in the living room also needs to be changed. I think the sand and grime has done its time on it. Overall, I would book the place again. We had a lovely trip!
