Treasure Island`s Best! Steps to Sunset Beach
Keep it simple! It`s the beach life you want in a great location! Perfectly positioned across the street from the iconic Sunset Beach, this 1 bedroom condo is a blend of modern upgrades and coastal charm. The King bedroom offers additional sleeping with recessed bunk beds built into the wall. Full bath with tiled tub and shower.
Please note - renovation work is underway on first-floor units.
Property has a dock overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Dedicated parking for 1 vehicle.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
Please note the condo is located on the second floor - no elevator - stair access only so you must be able to climb stairs.
This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. The condo is not intended to be used as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.
ONLY ONE passenger vehicle parking spot PER UNIT No Trailers, No boats or Jet Skis.
Top bunk of bunk bed is for smaller children only. Weight limit 75 lbs.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
