-Fully equipped with an espresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware for your group.
-Plenty of seating at the dining table

PARKING:
- There is a 2 car garage, 2-3 spaces in the driveway (depending on size), plenty of street parking

*Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and is out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation. Also, while our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

The city of Indio prohibits any outdoor amplified music. Any outdoor speakers may not be used at the property. If we receive a noise complaint from the city and there is a citation issued, we will need to pass it on to you. We appreciate you respecting our no outdoor music rule.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per night (No partial stay pool heating)
