This was not the place we had booked. If I had seen pictures of this place in advance, I never would have booked. The amenities were sorely lacking. Towels with holes, a nasty used sponge to wash dishes, hardly any utensils, only one pan. The place did not appear clean when we arrived and we had to wash our own sheets because everything looked dirty.

Apartment had no hand soap in either the bathrooms or kitchen and no paper towels in the kitchen. The mirrors in the bathroom were not the cleanest and the beds were a little too hard for our liking. For a 1 night stay its alright but not having any hand soap to wash hands in the bathrooms didn't sit well. We ended up having to use whatever shampoo that was left in the shower to wash our hands. We did have to text the host when we first arrived because the gate code wasnt working. Took a while to hear back from host and was told one of the gates didnt work. This was not told to us prior to arrival. Also the kry card that was attached to the key didnt work to let us into the gym.

Overall the location was fine. But the host didnt want to give a refund after saying she would. Got kicked out by the leasing office and police as this wasnt supposed to be used for vaction rentals and she was violating her lease. And there were a lot of issues regaurding cleanliness and property damage that were as such when we arrived.

We were extremely disappointed with this property. The photos and description on the listing were completely misleading. Upon arrival, we found the home in poor and unclean condition—floors were dirty, surfaces were grimy, and the space was clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, a toilet was out of order, a critical issue that was never disclosed by the owner prior to our arrival. In the bathroom, there was used toiletries and kitchen napkins to dry your hands. You will also receive your key under a disheveled mat. However, due to the busted trim on the exterior doors, keys are optional for this listing. We opted to not stay due to the many reasons listed above. When we reached out to the owner to express our concerns and request a refund, we were met with dismissiveness and refusal, simply because we chose not to stay under those conditions.It’s unacceptable for a host to misrepresent their property and then deny responsibility when guests are forced to leave due to issues that should have been communicated ahead of time. This listing should be taken down immediately. The owner is not trustworthy or responsible, and we would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this rental.

Catfished

When I booked this stay, I booked this with the intention of just having a place to rest our heads for the night so we could continue our drive for the rest of our trip in the morning, but boy was I wrong. When we arrived we were already full of hesitancy, the complex itself smelt terrible although that isn’t the VRBO’s fault. The check-in process was specifically as stated by the lister, without issue there. Once entering the apartment you’re greeted by an abundance of light switches with no apparent use, a smell best described by mold that smokes cigarettes, a single operational toilet which was not as listed or communicated by the lister, door frames that must be practiced on by the local police department as they have clearly been booted in before, blinds that are missing panels so you have an all inclusive viewing of the area, beds without mattress protection or pillow protection, along with bedding that rivals that of state penitentiaries, last but not least there are numerous random scuff marks and holes in the walls. I want to give props to the photographer who took the pictures. Your use of camera work and angles should be studied and taught abroad. All in all, I would not recommend staying here. Stayers, beware.
