¡Avila Beach Gem es tu lugar n. ° 1 para disfrutar de la diversión familiar en la playa! Mientras se hospeda en nuestra casa, encontrará nuestra casa lujosa, cómoda y equipada con todas las comodidades. ¡Nunca más querrás estar en una pequeña habitación de hotel!

Nuestra casa está completamente equipada con una cocina gourmet, habitaciones amplias y confortables, una terraza privada con barbacoa, garaje para 2 autos, cochecitos, juegos de packs, toallas de playa y juguetes. Una vez que llegas a la casa, los autos están estacionados en el garaje y no se vuelven a usar hasta que salgas de Avila Beach. ¡Todo está a poca distancia!

El plan de piso espacioso siente mucho más grande que 1700 pies cuadrados. Cuenta con hermosas vistas a la montaña con la cubierta posterior privado y parrilla rodeado de árboles y zonas verdes. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, con una capucha completo para cualquier gourmet para disfrutar. La casa es una de las pocas en Ávila que es una casa individual con 3 dormitorios completos y 2 baños con capacidad para 8 personas. Completar con un garaje para 2 coches lleno, y centro de lavado completo con lavadora y secadora. Las habitaciones constan de un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, armarios para él y ella, conectado a un baño completo con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con armario lleno. La tercera habitación tiene dos (2) camas gemelas amuebladas con varios juguetes y libros para niños. También hay un sofá cama completo en la sala de estar y un colchón de aire. Otros artículos de lujo que guardamos para su uso son una silla alta, un cochecito, un paquete de juegos, tablas de surf, juguetes de playa, sombrillas y sillas de playa.

1.) Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación. Estamos ubicados en la ciudad de Ávila, a pocos pasos de la playa, restaurantes, campos de golf. Una vez que llegue, el coche se suele aparcado en el garaje para 2 coches todo el tiempo y disfrutan de caminar a todo en Ávila. Nuestra casa está situada en una zona tranquila, por lo que hay mucha privacidad y tranquilidad por la noche. No hay restaurante o bar de ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, sólo la paz!

2. EXPERIENCIA AVILA BEACH GEM. Durante su estancia con nosotros, nuestro hogar se convierte en su hogar, y queremos asegurar que su experiencia es verdaderamente memorable. Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ofrecer un servicio impecable y las comodidades para que pueda centrar su atención en la familia, los amigos y la diversión, mientras que en sus vacaciones!

3. TAMAÑO IMPORTA - tiempo de la familia de calidad superior puede ser difícil de disfrutar rodearon a una pequeña mesa de la cena o una pequeña habitación de hotel. Con un peso de cerca de 1700 sq. Ft. (4-5 veces el tamaño de la habitación de hotel promedio) Nuestra casa es capaz de acoger hasta 8 en la mesa de comedor. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, así que no se siente como si estuviera en un armario. Y no se olvide de la espaciosa sala de estar con un sofá grande y otras dos sillas para sentarse cómodas suaves!

4. Bueno para los menores. Tenemos niños, por lo que entendemos las lío de tener que cargar sillas altas, corralitos, cochecitos cuando vamos de viaje. Así que hemos eliminado para ti, y siempre que todos estos elementos aquí en la casa. También hay libros, juguetes, películas y juegos para entretener a los más pequeños, cuando no en la playa! Todos los nuevos artículos de playa incluye: toallas, juguetes para la arena, sombrilla y sillas para tomar junto a la playa.

Luxurious coastal escape

Well appointed Beach house just a few minutes walk from the beach and pier. We had kids with us and were delighted to find a number of games and beach toys for them to use while visiting. Similarly kitchen was well set up for basic cooking and made the stay more comfortable. Pet tolerant (i.e., for a nonrefundable fee). All in all a great setup.

Wonderful home

My family enjoyed this well stocked home. Here is a list of what we liked: furnishings in great shape, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood., close to beach and spacious home. Every thing was great and never needed to contact property manager. I give this home an excellent rating!

Clean & Comfortable in Good Location

Property is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas for the three bedrooms which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to SLO. Thanks for a nice family getaway!

As advertised. Close to beach, but just far enough to be be a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy for regular sized vehicle. Only downside was a peacock nearby with an early alarm clock.

Thank you for the five star shout out to the Seven Sisters team. My team works hard to ensure a guest's vacay experience is memorable. Avila Beach Gem is one of the few single family homes in Avila Beach. This home is a budget family beach experience nestled in the big oak trees. The Gem is a quick walk from the beach and downtown. Wanting big ocean views? I recommend Avila Beach Jewel for the ocean view experience.

The home is accurately described in the listing that it's nestled among the big oak trees and a block from the beach and downtown area. Myself I enjoy the patio area looking into the oak tree forest. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. Host was communicative. Home was clean (although the masters bathroom faucet leaks and water filter in fridge needs to be replaced.) Convenient location just a handful of blocks from the beach and downtown Avila. Although good stay I thought it was a little pricey. The condo is tucked in, no ocean views.

No place to park!

We picked this place because it was dog friendly and had two parking spots. The parking spots are VERY tiny, if you need two spots and your not driving a small car don't stay here. The other reason was dog friendly, there is only a very small weedy spot for a dog. There were also black ants in every room. This was probably one of the worst Vacation rentals I have ever rented. :(

Thank you for taking the time to review our beach house. My team and I spoke with you about street parking for your large truck. The garage is a standard 2 car garage. We have seen other guests park over-size autos in the garage. We will keep a watchful eye for ants. This is the first I know of an ant problem from your review. If notified we could have quickly remedied the problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to Avila beach and we loved it! Such a cute beach town and lots of fun activities to do as a family and of course, great times on the beach! The house was in a pretty good location and on a quiet street. The WiFi didn’t work upon arrival which was stressful, as we had to set up baby monitors and had work calls/emails to make. The response time about the issue was decent. They requested no shoes in the house, which we agree is a great household rule. However, the floors were so dirty and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of the day of walking around with no shoes. Clearly the floors weren’t cleaned before our arrival. The house provided some beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella which was awesome. The kitchen was super underwhelming. They didn’t have any basic cooking supplies, storage bags for leftovers, etc. if you do decide to stay here, bring these kinds of things with you, the amount of kitchen supplies was pretty limited. Overall, if you want a basic place to stay, this will work for you!

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find the WiFi not working, especially when you had important work tasks and baby monitors to set up. Good size, well-furnished, needs work

Overall this property is fine if you can tolerate many minor issues. It was very clean, well-furnished, lots of extra towels, helpful extras like beach chairs, sand toys, pack-n-play, high chair, games and puzzles. One bathroom is great, the other is tiny. Nice to have a room with two twin beds for our kids but the beds creaked and squeaked really loudly! Kitchen is reasonably well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils - with a few notable exceptions, like a tea kettle. Also there were several items missing (sheet pans were re-stocked during our stay - thanks!). Many lightbulbs were out; property manager sent out someone to fix it during our stay, which was good. But neglected to alert us to his presence and he wasn’t able to replace all the lights that were out. Also almost every light in this house flickers especially when fridge is running. We had to keep most of the lights off to spare a migraine sufferer in our family. Really disappointed that several of the cranks on the windows were labeled as broken so some of the rooms were quite stuffy. This seems like it could be a fire hazard if windows are inoperable. Property manager was responsive to issues that that could be easily addressed during our stay. Overall the place is fine, great size for our family, convenient to walk down to beach and village. But it has some large maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Thank you Kristin for the review. My team was happy to respond to your requests in a quick manner. You made mention of inoperable windows. The owner is in the process of repairing and/or replacing the windows. During the super busy summer season replacement is difficult due many reservations. To clarify for future guests, there is at least one operable window in each room for egress and air flow. Overall Avila Beach Gem is a family favorite vacation rental with consistent five star reviews.

Good Position But Not Well Looked After and Expensive

My husband and I stayed at your beach house Sept 14-16 and there are several things we thought you should be aware of: Several windows are inoperable. Carpets are stained and when we arrived there was a large wet spot (stain) in the hallway near the garage door. The wicker chair with white cushions in the family room was soaking wet. I sat down and about 30 seconds later I realized my pants were very wet. It had obviously been recently cleaned. On that same chair a child's sock was found crumpled up (obviously the cleaning crew missed it). Most blinds were not operable (most of the turning devices to open them are missing). Pedestal lamp in family room doesn't work Iron doesn't work and there is no ironing board Only one cleaning person arrived to clean the property upon our departure You have a nice beach house in a beautiful location and it's apparent it is not being cared for properly. You advised us to contact Beach Bum Rentals instead of booking through VRBO, which we happily did. However, had we known the level of service we would receive from them, we definitely would have gone through VRBO instead. We requested the key be at the rental unit as we were driving from Northern California and didn't want to drive an extra 16 miles (there and back) and we were told that was a lot extra for a lockbox. Seems a bit excessive but we agreed. Next, they sent the contract to me with a "no dogs policy". I had specifically run a search on VRBO for dog friendly rentals. So I called and they said it was an additional (very large) cleaning charge on top of the existing (also large) exit cleaning. We felt this was totally excessive but again we agreed as we were only two days away from our vacation date and there was little else available. What makes this amount so outrageous is the rental property is well worn with stained carpets, stained furniture, inoperable blinds and windows and generally not very clean. Last, I have no idea why this is listed as pet friendly - it has no yard.

REPLY FROM OWNER: Thank you for your review. Since your stay, we have changed our management company. We are now with Seven Sister Vacation Rentals, located in Avila Beach. Terri and her team does an excellent job at keeping everything in a clean, and in perfect working order for our property. All the windows have been fixed. Unfortunately tenants has been rough on the window cranks and in 3 years has broken half of them. We had to organize a specialist to come out and now all the blinds and windows are fixed. Because we love our pets we have extended this privilege to our tenants. We do allow well behaved pets in our property however we deep clean after every pet, where all the couches and carpet will be clean for future tenants. Thus, sometimes when you request to enter the property earlier than the regular time of 4pm the couch may be damp from the cleaning. We like to accommodate your requests as much as possible however please understand the circumstances. We have now switched out to the door code system where no key is needed. So, if we are able to accommodate tenants to check in early, given the cleaning crew is done, with no extra early arrival fee. Accessory items such as the ironing board was misplaced in the garage, and we have replaced all accessory items such as coffee maker and iron with brand new items this year. This is our second home and take pride in keeping things clean and updating with new decor. We ask tenants to also keep this in mind when sharing our home. We are looking forward in having you again!

Perfect family beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long weekend here with 5 family members of various ages. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. The entire house is clean and the furniture is comfortable. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and having chairs, towels and beach toys was so nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very conveniently located. The beach equipment was very welcomed. The furnishings were spartan and that was fine with us other that the master bed. The mattress was dated and uncomfortable with the bed frame on wheels so the bed shifted through the night if you turned. Also it needed a headboard as it was positioned under a window with window blinds for a head rest.The condo seemed clean but as they ask you not to strip the beds??? Parking a 2023 SUV was challenging especially if the bay opposite the garage was occupied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been to Avila a few times and was really excited to finally stay for a long weekend. This house was perfect for the 4 of us with space to fit more. For being a dog-friendly home (which I was thankful for), it was very clean. It was set up very well for guests, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, so nice to be able to walk to beach and restaurants. Hope to come again soon!
