Welcome to Reel `Em Inn, your coastal retreat! This 3-bedroom house is perfect for families and friends seeking relaxation and fun. Relax by the backyard fire pit which is surrounded by ample seating. A fenced portion of the yard offers a safe space for kids and pets to play. Fire up the BBQ pit for outdoor dining and enjoy the Texas sunshine. All of that and also just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach access point, where you can spend your days building sandcastles and soaking up the sun.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
As you step into Reel `Em Inn, the cozy living room greets you with its inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of coastal exploration. Moving through to the kitchen, you`ll find all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners with loved ones during your stay.
Adjacent to the living room, a serene bedroom awaits, complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed, offering a peaceful retreat for guests seeking restful nights. Further along, on either side of the kitchen, you`ll discover two additional bedrooms. One features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the other offers a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, providing versatile sleeping options for families and groups.
Outside, the backyard beckons with its enticing features. A fire pit surrounded by ample seating invites gatherings under the starry sky, while a fenced portion of the yard offers a safe space for children and pets to play freely. The BBQ pit and outdoor seating provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings spent enjoying the mild Texas weather.
Conveniently, one full bathroom is situated upstairs near the bedrooms, while another is located downstairs in the storage area. With its comfortable accommodations and thoughtful outdoor amenities, Reel `Em Inn promises a memorable and enjoyable stay for your Jamaica Beach getaway.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
