For boaters, the property has a private seasonal dock that accommodates boats up to 22 feet.
Guests bringing a boat or trailer can use the public boat launch in Laconia, then bring the boat back to your private dock for the duration of your stay.
That means you can wake up, walk down to the water, and be on the lake without loading the boat onto a trailer every day.
Whether you're cruising the lake, swimming, fishing, tubing, or just floating the afternoon away, Lake Winnisquam is your backyard.

Important Dock & Boat Information

The dock is seasonal and is typically installed in early May and removed in mid-October.
The dock accommodates boats up to 22 feet.
Guests bringing boats and trailers should use the public boat launch in Laconia. The property's driveway can be difficult to maneuver with a boat trailer, so trailers should not be brought onto the property.
If dock access is important to your stay, please contact us before booking to confirm the dock will be in place during your dates.
