Gone Beaching ... En el corazon de todo Condominio del segundo piso ubicado en el centro a una cuadra de la playa, tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna. Tiene dos dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y la habitación de invitados tiene una cama queen y una cama individual. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, sillón de dos plazas y una silla. Hay un baño con bañera / ducha y área de tocador, así como una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas y lavaplatos. Este condominio cuenta con WIFI y programación de televisión por cable en cada habitación. Además, el complejo recreativo de Clearwater Beach se encuentra al final de la cuadra. De marzo a octubre, el impresionante Family Aquatic Center está abierto con su área de juegos acuáticos. El complejo recreativo está abierto todo el año. El complejo cuenta con un gimnasio, tres canchas de tenis iluminadas, cancha de básquetbol / pickleball iluminada y muchas otras comodidades por una pequeña tarifa de admisión diaria. El condominio del segundo piso es accesible por escaleras solamente. Sin ascensor. 5 noches mínimo de alquiler, excepto las fechas que figuran a continuación: Alquiler mínimo de 7 noches para Navidad, Año Nuevo, Semana Santa y semanas de Acción de Gracias. De sábado a sábado. Alquiler mínimo de 7 noches desde el 17 de febrero de 2018 hasta el 13 de abril de 2018 de sábado a sábado. Ideal Location

You're close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It's the best for that. Also, there's a huge box with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and toys. So nice to not have to buy them!

Family Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed the location of this place - nice and close to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants, and having access to the pool at the rec center was nice. Some fresh paint on the walls and some updates in the kitchen would improve the space. Great place to stay!

We had such an amazing time in Clearwater Beach. The place was just perfect for our family. We had to call the rental company a few days into our stay but they called us back right away and brought what we needed.

Clean property and good location. Oven did not work, a pool would be only thing I would have liked to see. It was 109 heat index and air conditioning worked amazingly well

Awesome location

Awesome location, in walking distance of everything you would need/ want. My only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom and the pullout mattress could use replacing. Not the comfiest beds. The mattress on the queen in the second bedroom is very comfy. All around great place to stay and enjoy the area! Will definitely come back!

Fabulous North Beach Condo

Our family loved this condo! From the comfortable beds to the easily accessible location we couldn't find anything wrong with it. Two minutes from the beach and favorite restraunts. Lots of amenities also. Beach towels, toys, chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped and even had paper towels! We will be returning next year : )

Great location for families

The playground across the street and the beach 2 blocks away make this a great location for families with younger children. The rec center with a pool and water slides is also 2 blocks away and very affordable ($10 for a family of 4). We found dealing with sand in the apartment a bit challenging, but sweeping every night helped -- a mat at the front door to catch sand before it was tracked in would have helped as well. The property managers were very responsive, delivering beach towels just a few hours after we asked.

Great place at a great price!

This condo is better than the description! The location is great. It's in a nice quiet location only 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk from all the Clearwater shopping and fun. The condo is cute and clean. The kitchen is stocked for cooking unlike some much more expensive rentals we have stayed in. There are plenty of bath towels, blankets, pillows etc. There are also some nice amenities like beach chairs and beach towels which are great for people that fly down like us. I truly hope the condo is available the next time we fly down.

Not what we expected- overall disappointing

Pros: The location. There is a nice park across the street. It was perfect for little ones. The beach less than 2 blocks away. The property was well-equipped with beach toys and chairs. There was no beach towels. Property management brought them to us right away.Cons: communication via VRBO was non-existent. The phone number was not correct. I had to call VRBO customer service with help contacting the property managers. The property was outdated. The king sized bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. It was very difficult to sleep on. The place needs a thorough cleaning. The walls and cabinets were filthy. At checkout, we were expected to bring our dirty towels downstairs to their laundry facility and pay to wash them. I have never had that happen before at any rental. At night, we were terrified after seeing huge cockroaches run out from under the oven.

Clearwater Beach

The condo was cute. We really liked the location. Our two grandchildren were with us so we loved that we were close to the park. We loved that we were so close to the beach. Close enough to walk home for naps/lunch, etc. We were happy with our stay!

We enjoyed the ease of going to and from the rental. We were told all the pertaining information we needed. The property really needed some updates. Little things such as calking and paint. It would really spruce it up.

A cozy beachside retreat

Pros: close to public beach access (Lifeguard Tower 7), public park across the street with playground, powerful AC unit in condo Cons: minor thing but our shower curtain liner was a bit short so if we weren’t careful we could “flood” the bathroom floor, more outlets/power strips/USB ports on both sides of the beds would be appreciated

Not to shabby if your don’t plan on cooking.

For the price and your on vacation so you shouldn’t be only sleeping in this condo. If you plan on cooking I don’t think this is the place. I gave it three stars and would rent again. Kitchen are needs help.

Close to the beach

This Property was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach through a little park. Its an older property but everything was clean and worked with the exception of the bath drain stop, so our little ones couldn't really take bath and had to take showers.That wasn't really a big deal for us. The air conditioner worked well. I would go back to this property. Its close to everything and the beds are comfortable, the wi-fi is good. Plenty of towels Etc.The washing machine downstairs only takes quarters.(2 $ per wash 2$ per dry) so bring some with you.One suggestion I have is to add a little vacuum so that people with longer stays can vacuum up any sand on the ground.

A nice property in Clearwater beach

The propertybis very clean and well equipped. Plenty of pots, dishes, and beach items. Walking distance to beach, pier 60 and restaurants. Property management company is really nice and responsive. Staff is very helpful. There is a small park with playground across the street from the condo. Just be aware that it's a two story condo apartment very close to the beach. So there is no swimming pool. So hanging out at the beach and walking around are the primary attractions.

Great condo and location

No view and it is a center condo but the process and location were great. Included parking and we could walk everywhere. The beach toys and chairs for us to use were appreciated! Clean and nice beds. Also quiet as we never heard any neighbors. Water pressure for nice hot shower was great. We would rent again.
