Whether you’re hosting a multi-family vacation, celebrating a milestone, or planning a corporate retreat, this dual-home setup provides the ideal blend of shared spaces and private retreats.

Step into 103 Ocean View and you’ll find classic design paired with thoughtful amenities. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 14 and is centered around a warm, welcoming first floor. A family room greets you upon entry, with a formal dining space, cozy breakfast nook, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen around the corner.

The home’s layout provides flexibility for all types of guests—one bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with a full bath nearby. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, including a serene master suite with dual vanities and a luxurious ensuite. Every bedroom has its own TV for private relaxation.

Next door, 201 Ocean View expands the luxury with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across a sprawling layout. The oversized dining area and huge family room are perfect for entertaining, with stylish furniture, abundant seating, and a seamless flow to the chef’s kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and a second dining table offer everything you need to cook for a crowd.

Ideal for multi-generational stays, this home offers two master suites—one with a spa-like bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and oversized shower. Each of the 5 bedrooms comes equipped with its own TV, and thoughtful touches throughout provide comfort and ease for large groups.

Outside, the second private pool awaits, set in a large backyard perfect for lounging, grilling, or letting the kids play. A front-yard basketball hoop adds extra fun for families and groups.

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.

Please note that all pools are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
