Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer a queen bed, ideal for couples or individuals. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor. The living room provides a welcoming space to relax and unwind. This home also includes two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, offering everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find free off-street parking, as well as an outdoor seating area on the front porch. The property is located in downtown Fargo, just a block from Island Park and the new Island Park Pool and water park.
