The Property

Welcome to Back Porch Bound, a cozy and well-equipped lakefront retreat that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and recharge by the water.

On the main floor, you'll find a queen bedroom, a full bath with tub/shower combo, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that seats 8, laundry room, and a cozy living room with a 50" TV and access to the back porch.

Upstairs includes a spacious king bedroom, a kids' room with 2 twin beds and a daybed with trundle, and another full bathroom.

Enjoy outdoor living with a screened porch, a private dock for your boat or water toys, and lake fun with a kayak, paddleboard, and life jackets provided.

With lake views throughout and plenty of space to gather or spread out, this peaceful home offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

Other Details

Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of the rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and hand soap. Basically, enough to last a few days.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- Dogs are not allowed upstairs
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $175.
- Pet(s) will be maintained parasite free during my stay (fleas, ticks, & internal parasites).
- Pet(s) will be always supervised and kept from neighboring properties (to the best of my ability).
- Please “scoop the poop” and responsibly dispose of pet wastes into outdoor trash can.
- Pet(s) will be safely retained while we are sleeping or away from him/her.
