Now it’s your turn. We’ve set up a dedicated art desk with supplies for you to paint your own rock and leave it in the Oasis rock garden. Whether you write a quote, draw a design, or share where you're from, it will become part of her legacy—and yours.

Other Things to Note:

You’re staying in one of the most beautiful and beloved houses in all of Pensacola. Why "beloved,"? This house was our mother Jan’s pride and joy. She fell in love with Pensacola while helping one of her sons settle here for flight school and soon Pensacola became home. An avid lover of all things beachy, tropical, and outdoors, she transformed this house into her true "Oasis."



Tragically, Jan, the cornerstone of our family, bravely fought cancer until passing in early 2025. By the pool and scattered throughout the property, you’ll notice a myriad of small, hand-painted rocks. This hobby, which began when her children were toddlers, was a way to memorialize joyful vacations and trips. Whether from near or far, she brought home a rock or two to paint with her children and, later, her granddaughter, creating small tokens of their cherished memories.



To honor her memory, please feel free to take a blank rock from the poolside and use the provided supplies to create your own keepsake to leave here. Any design, quote, or location of where you're from will add to the "Oasis" legacy. This home will remain a vacation haven for her children, grandchildren, friends, family, and cherished guests such as yourselves. Seeing new rocks added with each visit will bring us as much joy as it would Jan, smiling from above.

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.



***If your stay is more than 28 days, you are suject to additional fees for mid-stay cleans throughout your stay. We like to change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in good condition.

*Booking price includes nonrefundable property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000.00 in damages done to the property

*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

*Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Guesty. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
