To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

🐾 Pets
Up to two dogs are welcome. Please include them in your booking to have the small pet fee applied.
No wet dogs are allowed inside the house.
Please keep dogs off the furniture.
For safety and hygiene, dogs are not permitted in the pool.
Please be considerate and pick up and dispose of all dog waste.

🛟 Pool Safety & Heating
The backyard is fully fenced; however, the pool itself does not have a separate safety fence. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors. The pool is heated to approximately 85 degrees from October through May. Please be aware that when the air temperature drops below 70 degrees, the heater's ability to maintain this temperature can be affected, and a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

📋 Pre-Arrival
After booking, you will be asked to complete a few quick verification steps before your check-in information is released. This includes identity verification, acknowledgment of our terms and conditions, and a pre-arrival form. Your detailed check-in instructions will be sent two days prior to your arrival.

🎁 Starter Supplies
We provide a starter kit of essentials, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a sponge, trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please plan to bring your own laundry detergent and any additional supplies you may need.

🌴 Florida Environment
Florida is a tropical environment. While our property is professionally treated for pests regularly, you may occasionally see a bug. Mosquitos can also be present, especially in the evenings after it has rained. You will also likely see lizards in the yard.
