Alquiler de vacaciones con nosotros en el 'Ocean Breeze'

Dos dormitorios, dos baños completos, totalmente amueblado condominio 1.200 pies cuadrados situado a sólo cuatro minutos de la Playa Hermosa a orillas del océano Pacífico. La propiedad cuenta con una comunidad cerrada y privada rodeada de vegetación y frutas exuberantes árboles, con seguridad las 24 horas y un montón de iluminación exterior para una noche nadar en una de las tres grandes piscinas.

El condominio está completamente amueblada con todo lo que cabe esperar de una casa. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, un montón de utensilios de cocina, cafetera, lavadora / secadora, televisión por cable, internet inalámbrico, toallas de playa, parrilla exterior, y mucho más.

Todos los servicios se encuentran a poca distancia de los condominios. Una tienda de comestibles, que vende cerveza, vino, licor, así como grandes panes horneados y una buena selección de carnes / verduras es un fácil 10 minutos a pie. Varios buenos restaurantes, pizzería y tiendas de regalos están también a poca distancia.

Para una mayor selección, Playa del Coco está a sólo 15 minutos en coche al sur de Hermosa, donde encontrará más restaurantes, la animada vida nocturna, casinos, y una tienda de comestibles más grande, así como muchas tiendas de regalos. Costa Rica tiene mucho que ofrecer, desde las actividades de agua, a la mejor pesca de vela en el mundo, a cuatro ruedas, caminatas en la selva tropical, tirolinas y volcán / naturales de aguas termales tours. Hay cinco Parques Nacionales dentro de una pocas horas en coche de los apartamentos.

The pictures for the condo were spot on! My husband and I loved the location, the lush greenery and the lovely semi-private pool. We even used the outdoor grill. I highly recommend this location!

Remote but Quiet

Walk to beach is not as easy or near as advertised especially for older persons. Going downhill is ok, but as I am older, I found it hard to walk uphill back to the apartment. Beach is not very nice and not worth walking to. Shopping is limited without a car. Uber and taxi to larger center for shopping is very expensive. But it is a quiet location. Bedding stains discusting. Would not return to this location.

Ocean Breeze condo Playa Hermosa for 3 people

This condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and had all we needed for the cooking we did.The living room furniture is very comfortable and is spacious enough for the time we spent indoors. The terrace although a bit small had a big table and decent fold up chairs that we could use by the pool as well.The master bedroom had a lot of storage, walk through closet to a nice ensuite with a good shower. The bed was comfortable. However the sheets were fairly worn and the pool towels were frayed.Our friend stayed in the second bedroom which could have used a bit more furniture and closet space for her luggage. It would have been nice to have different size pillows to choose from as they were a bit flat.The pool area close to this suite is very nice with enough space for all who use it. It seemed there was someone maintaining and cleaning it regularly.It is a very secure compound and the other owners/guests were very nice and helpful.This condo is highly recommended.A car would be an asset but we were able to walk to most places in town and we used an Uber after dark.

This comfortable, perfectly equipped condominium became our family's HQ for all our adventures in Guanacaste. It was clean, it felt very safe, it had everything we needed for our stay. Janie, the owner responded quickly to our inquiries/needs. We struggled at first to find our unit, but once we figured it out, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay hete again!

Good value

This place was clean and well appointed. Furnishings and decor are very dated and worn. Smaller bedroom closet was packed with outdoor activity items from loungers to wake boards and umbrellas. We moved all of these items to an empty closet in the hall so that we had space for our luggage. Around the pool there are lounge chairs that each untilProvides. The ones from this unit are worn and torn and not usable. The extras in the closet are rusted but still usable. It just doesn’t give you the confidence that they are safe.The kitchen is super wellStocked with every appliance that you could ask for. Loads of glassware and dishes so you never had to worry about that. There were plenty of plastic cups for around the pool. The pool is shared by the other units and was never busy. There are two other pools on the property that we also took advantage of when the sun moved.Janie the owner was very attentive when we had questions. Quick to reply and helpful with info about the area.This place was a quick walk to the beach and was great to watch all the fireworks in the bay at Nee Years. There are a few restaurants further down the beach that did prove to be good with the food and the cocktails.I would stay here again if I was to ever return to this area of Costa Rica.

Perfect Spot

We traveled with our daughter and niece who just graduated high school. This location was perfect- easy access to the beach and tons of restaurants. If you can take advantage of a snorkeling trip, do it!

On se sent comme chez soi.

C'est un endroit très agréable pour des vacances. Pour recevoir une note parfaite, le condo aurait besoin d'un peu de peinture, au balcon par exemple et que la table du balcon soit rafraîchie. Certains moustiquaires devraient être réparés. Nous avons eu un peu de problème avec la télé les premiers jours mais la propriétaire nous a aidé à régler la situation. Conclusion: que ces remarques ne vous empêchent pas de réserver puisque nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et avons passé du bon temps et reviendrons probablement.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Janie, our host, and the condo. It was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful birds and even some monkeys down the street. 3 pools, and ample space for our family of 4. It’s actually nicer than the pictures. We loved it! Short walk to the beach. I would recommend a rental car. We went on great adventures, including fishing with the family business that operates at the beach. They are kind and cooked the fish we caught for us after our 3hr trip (only $250 for 4 of us). The resort towns of Tamarindo, playa Flamingo, and others are a 45 min drive. Playa del Coco is only a 5 min drive and you can find everything you need there.

Beautiful Condo

Stayed at the condo for a week. The condo was well equipped and hit had everything we needed and more. Three A/C units for us northerners not used to the heat, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Pool was wonderful and spent most afternoon with the other condo owners. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to go back.

Relaxing and well-stocked

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of linens and towels. The washer and dryer in unit is great and both work well, very fast. The unit was clean and our kids loved the pool right outside, which was well maintained along with the gardens and property. The beach was too far for our toddler to walk but it would be walkable for older kids and adults. Thanks!

Our stay at Ocean Breeze condo in Playa Hermosa area: great location, quiet complex with good security. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans/appliances . The beds were very plenty comfortable. I would recommend sheets with out stains and bleaching the white towels - it would feel a lot cleaner :). Host was great about communicating and getting us a couple of needed items. Thank you!!

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. Everything we needed was available to us. Janie was super responsive to any questions we had and was close by if we needed her for anything. She was open to our feedback and very positive. This rental is an easy walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. I think we tried them all!! It's a relaxing place with plenty of room and everything you could possibly need. We would recommend!!!!

New Years at Ocean Breeze

Excellent location, accommodation, communication and check in process. The family loved our 5 stay and would stay again. Janie was excellent and responsive to our questions. Only small critique were the cooking pans were worn out and the ice machine was misbehaving for the first 2 days until it magically started working again. Overall we loved it and would highly recommend staying here for a few days. New years on the beach was amazing also!

We purchased this property in Costa Rica because of our love of the warm weather, beach, and nature. We have been coming to Costa Rica for over 16 years. We love the atmosphere and the culture. The Costa Rican people are so welcoming and we love it here.

Growing up in Pennsylvania we have had our fill of cold weather and snow. We started coming to Costa Rica in the winter go get away, however we have found that there is no bad time to come to Costa Rica. We love the lush forests in the rainy season.

This is our home. We furnished this home for us to live in. It is not just a rental property to us. It is our home away from home. We would hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Tucked away in a private area of the complex. We have private parking very close to unit door. There are 3 pools on the complex and we get to overlook the private one tucked in the back corner.
