Guest have access to the entire Unit B, use of the Kayaks, and the shared dock area.

- 0.7 miles to Public Beach Access with parking.
- 3.7 miles to public Emerald Isle Boat Ramp

- 7.8 miles to Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium

- There are two parking spots in the back of the building labeled with `Guest Parking` signs.

- This unit is directly off the main Emerald Drive road.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

- The dock is available for your use during your stay for fishing and kaying!

- Kayak at your own risk, life jackets are provided but there is no lifeguard on duty. We accept no responsibility for misuse of the kayak.

- There are only 2 parking spots available, one in the back of the unit, and one in the front of the unit, so please plan accordingly.

- There are three units in this condo, each unit is its own floor. The Top Unit C is occupied by a long term tenant. The bottom Unit A is occupied by the owner whenever he is in town. Your stay will be in the middle unit B. You may see or hear these people during your stay.
