Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.
Although we do not expect it to affect the quality of your stay, please note that interior renovation works are currently taking place at a neighboring property during the low season through to the end of October 2026. The works consist primarily of interior renovations carried out during standard working hours in a separate property that neither shares a driveway nor adjoining walls with the villa.
Quiet, camouflaged location on the 5th Fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Golf Course. Walk to the bottom of the lawn garden to catch a lovely view of the ocean.
The bathroom for Bedroom 3 has an en-suite entrance as well as a door to the courtyard for use as a social bathroom.
Guests have use of the owner’s well-loved golf cart – suited for relaxed local rides. Signed use agreement required.
