Waterfront Executive Home

This will be one of the most fun, yet relaxing, homes you've ever stayed at! You have a "remote" feel while a quick 25 minute drive to Jekyll Island, St. Simons, FLETC and 20 minutes to downtown Brunswick.

Set in an exclusive neighborhood in Brunswick GA, this executive home sits right on a man-made pond, nestled amongst the live oak trees.

Each room has a theme from around the world. You can experience the Golden Isles Room, the Scottish Room, the Italian Kitchen, the Patriot's Den, the Greek bathroom, the Parisian bathroom, and much more! Two bedrooms have a King bed, 1 a Queen and 1 a Queen sleeper sofa.

The three main bedrooms are spacious, fully stocked with decor and furniture and very comfy. There is a fourth room called the "Patriot's Den" that has a pullout queen bed.

The Italian-themed kitchen is fully stocked with everything a gourmet chef needs to whip up a meal. You have a formal dining table + small breakfast table.

From the spacious living room you walk outside to a HUGE screened in porch. The porch has a swing, lots of seating, a grill and a beautiful view of the plush backyard adorned with live oaks.

There is a 2 car garage to store your cars + enough parking in the driveway for 3-4 additional cars.

FLETC TDY is welcome and we also love our snowbirds so please ask about snowbird discounts!

Up to 2 dogs allowed. No cats. There are some breed and size restrictions so please inquire about those before booking.

Note:

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $1000 refundable security deposit.

*Anything other than a regular vehicle is prohibited by the HOA.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $1000 refundable security deposit. We will collect this after booking if your original stay is 30 nights or more. If you extend your stay so that it is now over 30 nights, we will collect the security deposit after your extension is approved and paid for.

Please note that we charge a higher cleaning fee for stays 21 nights or more (per our listing description). If your current stay is extended to be 21 nights or more we will collect this fee after your extension is approved and paid for. The additional cleaning fee is $240.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.

Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.

There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
