Ubicada en el corazón de Gulf Shores, esta unidad de un dormitorio / dos baños con loft está ubicada frente a las hermosas playas de la Costa del Golfo.

The Cove ofrece baldosas de cerámica, muebles bonitos, cocina completamente equipada, vistas indirectas de Little Lagoon y vistas a la piscina. El complejo también tiene un lanzamiento de barco en Little Lagoon que está disponible para su uso.

La sala de estar ofrece un sofá cama y dos sillones con televisión. Junto a la sala de estar se encuentra la cocina completamente equipada con área de comedor. Summer Fun

Overall this property was a great place to stay. It was clean, the check in iprocess was easy, and our teenager loved the loft area. Only complaint was the sofa bed. It is not comfortable, so just a heads up if you plan to use the pull out sofa. The other beds were very comfortable and the fact that it has a washer and dryer was a plus.

Nice stay

This is a cute little loft apartment with a good working air conditioner and great access to the pool (the door faces the pool). The bathrooms and kitchen are dated but everything worked just fine. Both coffee makers were too dirty to use and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Not to big an issues as we always run all the dishes we intend to use through the dishwasher anyway to ensure they are actually clean. The place was not "hotel clean" but considering it was not a "hotel" we made sure all flat surfaces and knobs were cleaned and sanitized with cleaning wipes. The beds were just okay--not the most comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. We were thankful for the extra storage available in the downstairs bedroom. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would book this room again.

Family trip for softball tournament

This unit definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Not the cleanest condo I’ve rented. You could see dust on the walls the grout in the tile floors so dirty it’s black. The shower head in master bath needs replacing it’s loose and the knob for the water turns continuously. The rug in the living room very dirty. We also were not informed that the pool would be closed for repair during our stay.

Good property, not family friendly!

The property was great; however, many of the long-term residents are easily annoyed or irritated by families or children. The individual who manages the pool is very aggressive and rude and harassed us the whole time. If you’re looking for a quiet place this is for you. If you want to have fun until late in the evening with groups of people, find a different place to stay.

The nastiest place I've ever stayed°°°

It was very dirty beds were broke dishwasher was beoke had to really shut the door hard to get it to work & the the garbage disposal did not work & all the food from who ever stayed there before us came up in the sink I will never stay there again & I've told all my family & friends not to stay there .... the worst ace I've ever stayedon a vacation !!!!!!! Very nasty place !!!!!!!

No better budget stay

Is this the Ritz? No. Is this property great bang for your buck as long as you aren’t expecting the newest appliances and perfectly new cabinets and sink? Yes! Luna Beach is extremely responsive and Charlie was there to solve both of our lockout issues with ease. Make sure to keep the AC below 72 to keep the upstairs bearable. A new mattress up there wouldn’t hurt but it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Thank you for a great stay!

Dirty

The sheets were stained and gross. The room smelled like mold, and now so does all my stuff. There was black hair everywhere, couldn’t enjoy the pool because people were smoking all around it.

The communication from the property manager was great!

The communication from the property manager was great! I gave 5 stars for the location, the check in process and for the property manager, but only 3 stars for overall. We had 2 issues that were quickly resolved, but both could have been easily avoided. The unit we stayed in could use a good thorough cleaning and some updates.

Get Away From Reality

I forgot my problems for 5 glorious days! Nobody bothers you. Pay n stay. Its that simple. Pros- overlooks the pool, centrally located to everything, one minute drive to the public beach or walk there in ten minutes, condo has a washer n dryer, plenty of blankets and sheets, and pillows are provided but bring extra, relatively new stove, tvs in living room and lower bedroom, dishes are provided, pots and pans,, forks spoons etc as well as cooking utensils, wifi worked well, friendly and excellent service from Luna Properties (absolutely amazing actually 👏). I'll book from Luna again for sure but will get a condo with an elevator next time 😊. Cons-The condo was fine overall but could use some deep cleaning 🤔. When we arrived, I found coffee grounds in the coffee maker and the downstairs bathroom faucet had a mysterious black substance on the bottom of it. I didn't touch it. I cleaned two inches of dryer lint out. There was hair on the shower wall. And walking up and down two flights of stairs was tiring. Beds are hard. Hopefully the cleaning company can get those lil extra things before the next group comes. But overall it was worth every penny. I am already planning my next stay! Thank you!

Great for a small group

We had a blast for our short visit during spring break. The unit was just what we needed. It was a little smaller than we originally thought but we made it work and had a good time. We would book again.

Pictures deceptive/dated

The pictures were a bit deceiving for the unit. The unit was a bit run down. Bathroom downstairs was dingy. Comforters and shams were dirty. Numerous dishes were in cabinets but dirty with food. Beds weren’t comfortable. The location to beach is nice. The pool was nice and easily accessible. The tv wasn’t working when we arrived and they came and removed it and replaced it.

Nice location

Overall, we had a great time. However, the main level needs a face lift, especially the bathroom. The sink had rust and the decor was cute, but dated. The top loft area was great. It seems like it was recently renovated. My daughter enjoyed the pool - it was a great size. The location was great; we were able to walk to the beach within 5-10 minutes. The only issue we had was the wifi kept dropping. Although that wasn't our main highlight of the trip, we have a 7 year old whose in the phase of watching kids youtube. We'll definitely stay again if they update the main living area, main bathroom, and upgrade the wifi.

August 2020 Stay

Stayed there in august with my boyfriend and also another couple.. we had some concerns when we arrived like the unit was a good bit smaller than how it looked in the pictures, the dishwasher was not unloaded from the previous tenants, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower of the downstairs bathroom was small and looked very dingy, the WiFi connection kept going out and would be spotty, and there were not very many dishes available to work with when cooking. Don’t let this discourage you from staying here on your vacation, it would be great for a weekend, just not enough space for more than a couple for longer than that. We did not have any trouble with the management and the pool was very clean and nice with very easy access.

Where’s the plunger

Really enjoyed staying here. We did encounter a plumbing issue with the toilet but we managed to fix it on our own.

Gulfing It, 2019

The unit was nice and clean. Perfect size for my family. Getting to the beach was a hassle with small kids on foot. We ended up driving and parking at the public lot at the Hangout and had a better experience. The family had a great time! Definitely will be back!

June 2017 Stay

Had a great stay in this unit. Its perfect for a couple or small group. The unit is well stocked, newer appliances, comfy furnishings, easy walk to the beach, low traffic, great rate, covered parking and this unit is literally steps the the pool which was never crowded. Management was very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed it and we will be back!

July 2016 Stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Cove, good location. Easy to get across the street to the beach. Our only tiny issue was the kitchen, the stove and the dishwasher are too close together. You can't fully open the dishwasher to load or unload dishes. Makes it a bit cumbersome, but when at the beach who cares about dishes anyway. The place itself was comfortable and safe for families. We will stay there again. Thanks!

Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and in a great location, however the washer and dryer in the unit did not work well. The washer would not spin the clothes at all and the dryer would not turn. We would stay in the unit again based on its convince to restaurants, shopping and the beach, but would like to have a working washer/dryer. Also my son broke his leg while there and the 2 flights of stairs were difficult and there was no elevator, would not recommend to anyone with any type of mobility or endurance issues.
