Welcome to Your Urban Escape in South St. Louis!
Step into a warm, thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled on the upper level of a charming triplex in the heart of South St. Louis. This spacious apartment blends earthy tones with mid-century modern touches to create a calm, welcoming space that feels like home.
The apartment features three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a circular dining set, a separate dining room, and a relaxed living area with plenty of natural light. Whether you're cooking a meal, sharing coffee with friends, or winding down for the night, every room is designed to make you feel at ease.
Guests also have access to a fenced yard area - perfect for enjoying fresh air or letting little ones play safely. Located in a quiet South St. Louis neighborhood, you're just minutes from local parks, cafés, shops, and popular city attractions like Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden.
With high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and all the essentials provided, this warm and welcoming urban retreat is the perfect base for exploring St. Louis or settling in for a longer stay.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
